The staff are friendly, and I guess they do a good job for bookings ex-UK. However, where they do need to improve is when handling bookings / requests from travel not starting within the UK. We use them as our global corporate travel agency and we do seem to have issues now and then with travel starting within the APAC region. They probably need to have a partner agency or agent that can assist them outside of the UK.
QA Travel offer a First Class Service - very reliable, and trustworthy knowing they have the best interest of the traveller, as well as the companies expenditure . They are always one step ahead to ensure the traveler has the best options available , not to mention they are clued up remote parts of the world when it comes to airports visa's etc . Not to forget all teams are VERY friendly and always happy to go the extra mile !!! Id be lost without them. Well Done QA Travel .

The staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable, the options offered fulfil the requirements of my requests and the follow up through to confirmation ensures a smooth booking process.
