I am writing to follow up on my recent…

I am writing to follow up on my recent order. While I appreciate the delivery arrived within the 10-day window, I must express my dissatisfaction with both the communication process and the condition of the goods.

The delivery arrived without any prior notification of a date or time, which prevented me from making necessary arrangements. Furthermore, upon unwrapping the pallet, I discovered that both doors had sustained damage to the bottom panels. While I have the means to rectify this with kickplates, I was disappointed by the defensive tone of your previous email.

It is important to note that because the items were delivered on a pallet, shrink-wrapped, and bubble-wrapped, a thorough inspection at the point of delivery was physically impossible. Expecting a customer to identify concealed damage through industrial-grade packaging is unreasonable. I would appreciate a more professional acknowledgment of these logistical realities and a commitment to better quality control in the future.

Simply amazing Customer Service

Having never used Qdoors I was quite dubious at first but I can honestly say that their customer service is truly remarkable. I have been dealing with Idris Alam and he has gone above and beyond to help me and my project stay on track. Moving forward we will be a returning customer and would highly recommend Qdoors to everyone.

Door order

I purchased some doors for my house with this company; I found the website to be very efficient and helpful to select what I required. The doors arrived quickly and were of good quality. I would have liked to have a selection of lever handles on the website to choose from to compliment my doors.

Terrible service

I have been very disappointed with this company. During the buying process I confirmed payment and received a call shortly after having to have a tailored quote for delivery, it was not calculated on the website.
I was told that Qdoors would made the delivery and I had a courier company do it instead. I had no despatch note or delivery date or time. When the doors came days after when I was told they would arrive, one of the doors was damaged. I discovered this 4 working days after taking delivery which is outside of the terms and conditions on their website, no replacement or refund has been offered and is down to me to foot the bill on the customers behalf. I find this absolutely unacceptable and will not be a company I can use for the many jobs I will have, as I am a carpenter / developer. Use this company at your own risk.
