Would give them less. We just needed an IR35 determination and they made a very simple assessment complicated. It ultimately did not meet time critical deadlines and let everyone down. They did kindly send me a brochures every time I chased.

Had the pleasure dealing with Kaisey Higgott today regarding business insurance.

If I could give a zero star I would, my husband has been trying to get his money since October 2024 it is now May 25 and he was told his money would be transferred within 60 days, the accident wasn’t his fault and the driver at fault admitted liability straight away. Was told 3 weeks ago transfer by bacs would be 3-5 working days and still waiting 3 weeks later, a few times our car has been booked in to get repaired and had to cancel due to being told we would receive payment and then not receiving it. Everytime he has phoned which has been pretty much everyday he has been told some petty excuse. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I needed some specific help with a contract and my account manager Harlie was quick to call and help me identify the right team. She passed me on to Emily the contracts specialist who had resolved my query within the day allowing me to sign my contract and get to work. Great service.

I initially clicked through to get a quote for Employers’ Liability Insurance, but during the process, I was presented with a list of what appeared to be add-ons to that policy.

Assuming these were optional extras linked to Employers’ Liability, I proceeded — however, it now seems I’ve actually been sold two separate products, but not the Employers’ Liability Insurance I originally requested. After explaining this to the consultant, I received a call where I was told "You cannot buy Employers Liability Insurance, without buying Public Liability Insurance" which is completely false and very mis-leading, luckily I had spoken to SimplyBusiness earlier on in the day and knew a bit more about insurance, which when I asked the sales person about, she said that "policies change all the time".

I mean, be very careful with them. First they will sell you the products they want to sell you, then they will lie to sell you more products....

Sorted out my business insurance today with QDOS, how simple was that and not a bad price. Fantastic service from Harlie who responded to my emails and questions in an extremely professional and helpful manner. As I had a few issues completing the online application due to the nature of my business she called me and took me through the process step by step answering my questions in a way that even I could understand. A simple, easy process made all the better with fantastic attentive staff. Would highly recommend this company.
