Not an entirely successful rental
When we arrived they did not have the car we requested and after waiting for an hour we accepted an SUV. It stank of cigarette and hadn't been cleaned.we ended up having to swap it over about 10 days later in Memphis due to an engine light coming on a couple of days after we picked it up. Again they didnt have the car we selected but we accepted another SUV. Again smelt badly of cigarettes which we reported

The Kauai airport Budget was horrible
The experience at Budget on Kauai was the worst I have ever experienced. Had to wait for 2 1/2 hours to get a car that was less than expected.
