There was a problem with the order, which was that the wrong item was sent. I emailed customer service on a Friday and didn't get a response by Monday. So I emailed again, marking it urgent. This time someone responded and they re-sent the item. The correct product has worked very well.

Needed to replace faulty multiport adapter, which never worked properly from the day it was plugged in. Decided to try QGeeM USB-C 12Port Multyfunctional Adapter. Well worth the extra money. No issues at all, just plugged it in and both monitors lit up. Well pleased.

i just love this keyboard its got all i need all the ports on the back are so useful as well. is it worth the money i think so. not tried all the pots out yet but what i have used so far work perfectly. i am so please with this its compact so i can put it in with my laptop & ipad bag and take it with me where ever i go.

Echo the other bad reviews. I placed and payed my order a week ago. got a confirmation email and there is not a peep about delivery and there is no way to track anything.

So far they have taken my money & sent an email.
I have sent 3 emails inquiring about expected delivery date & as yet no reply.

Support is very slow. I sent an email inquiry and received reply only 4 days later informing me the item was out of stock. Then I requested refund. Again no reply for 5 days until I further followed up.
Otherwise, the refund is smooth.

It was exactly as it describes and works great.

Very disappointed with the purchase. Even after 8 days of paying there is no news about the shipping. Response from customer service is very poor. I reviewed very positive about one of there products that I bought from Amazon. But now, I have serious doughts on them as a company.

Arrived in time...fits perfect in my MacBook Air

Took much longer to receive than expected, about 12 days, no communication when it shipped as indicated on purchase confirmation and no response to my inquiries about shipment. Other than that it appears the hub is a quality device.

This company is fraud. It has cheated me by taking my order & didnot send my order. Also no answer from their email id". Please don't fall in trap of this company.

Product arrived in the mail safely packaged with no visible damage. Works fine.

Great customer service. I receive my QGeeM USB C Cable ,Type C Charging Cable the next day. I am very pleased with quality of the cable. I used one on my motorcycle with my cellular phone and the other I carry in my work backpack.
I am so please that I am going to order another pair to replace the cables that came with my Samsung S8.The QGeeM USB C Cable are superior cables.
