I cannot find a direct way to review my specific products (masks), so I'm not sure how they received 5 stars in the first place. I ordered 4 of the same masks (different colors) - Cotton Reusable Washable Face M .a. s. k With Valve. The sizing of the elastic bands was inconsistent - the black one was way too small, the others vary in terms of how loose/tight they are. None of them came with the strap adjusters as described and pictured and one of them was ripped at the seam. The "wine red" is actually a pretty bright red, which I would have been fine with if the quality was decent. We decided to make due due to current circumstances and long shipping times for replacements. When I reached out for some credit/refund due to poor quality, the only response I received was to ask which items I want to return. When I clarified I did not want to deal with a return to China, but wanted some compensation since I needed to modify the products, they again asked which product I wanted to return.

I ordered my masks in May and paid extra to have them delivered early (within 3-5 days). It's mid July and haven't received them yet. I of course don't need them anymore and asked for a refund. I don't know if this was a joke but they offered me a 7 dollar coupon as compensation. As if I'd ever buy anything from here in future.

I am absolutely furious with this company and the customer service! I ordered well over 2 months ago and there is absolutely no tracking information at all and I requested a full refund because this is obviously a scam or something. I do not believe my order was shipped at all. They cannot provide any information and will not refund my money! I don't think I have ever had such a horrible online experience like this! They can't blame COVID19 for their negligence and absurd customer service. I want a refund IMMEDIATELY!

I finally received my order and did not received my 50% coupon code for the delay in my order.

The mask came nd fit right up on my eyes too close and when I breathe the eye mask foggs up and I cannot see. I can't where my glasses with this mask and I do not like that fact that you will not give me a 50% refund.

The mask works perfect and each of the ladies that I gave them to wear says that they are comfortable and the eye protection gives them A real sense of safety,the service I received was completely satisfying, thank you.

Quality of product very poor. Very small fit for the average head. All in all poor product and overpriced.

Received masks opened them up and they do their job well, but the one size is almost to small. Even though the ad says 1 size fits all.

Can't see good it's cloudy.

The mask is a good choice. My son love it. He is a delivery person and work everyday.
