Doc sloot shamed me
Doctor seemed homophobic - I stated I was on PrEP and he said "oh no that's a shame" and winced his face. He also became argumentative about my request for doxycycline over azithromycin for anorectal chlamydia, he falsely stated they're both as effective as each other regardless of which body part is affected - this isn't true. He still dispensed the requested medication but he made me beg for it and somewhat slurt shamed me. Also did not call within the time period which it said I would - drained my battery being in a virtual waiting room for over an hour.

The doctor was quite rude
The doctor was quite rude. Barely spoke to me. Asked no questions. Didn’t say goodbye or even a feel better soon. I was quite offended by how rude he was. Won’t use this service again.

Speedy Service - Needs some technology improvement
I made a booking for a specialist referral, and got that referral ok. The video call came, up, I could see the Doctor and hear him, but he couldn't hear or see me. A bit frustrating. Qoctor should resolve this issue.

The only thing that wasn’t great was…
The only thing that wasn’t great was the actual phone hook up with the doctor but that is likely due to my unfamiliarity with the system.
The doctor was great, and the prescriptions easy to fill at the local rural pharmacy.
