Our mission is to stop and defeat these negative trends that we found to only benefit hosting providers whom focus is solely on money and not the quality of service clients are actually getting. In 2021 we started our market research, purchased game servers from over 20 separate providers and spoke to over a 100 game server clients who we found through open marketing. - I requested a refund from paypal on 21/03/2025 at 15:22 because I had not recieved my server in over 3 days when the website had falsely claimed that it would be available within 10mins.
- they replied on 22/03/2025 at 05:34 stating that they would refund me and then they setup the service and charged me anyway.
I did not reply because I had recieved my refund and I though the issue had been resolved. Now I see that my account has been charged 36,66 as of 27/4/2025...
This company is terrible!! stay clear away from them!! I now have to contact paypal again and request a refund for the second time!

Turion was the most helpful support agent ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with in my entire history of server hosting. Qonzer has an amazing UI thats very user friendly and easy to both navigate and understand. I migrated over here from Gportal, and ive just been constantly astounded by the superior level of customer support offered by this team. Tickets and requests are handled within seconds rather than hours or days by competitors. They even have a live resource monitor, Automatic Restart upon crash, the freshest upload directory system, console access the list just goes on and on. When requesting other hosts such as Gportal to turn these features on ive been met with "we cant do that" while over here its just simple turned on immediately. The packages needed are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for with unmatched support and ease of access and are well worth the money. 10/10 Recommend and I will probably never switch.

Had positive experience at the start…
Had positive experience at the start but quickly they stopped delivering and missing ETAs.
Had to cancel services in all locations as VDS downtime of 24hrs is not enough to get them to respond to a ticket or chat.

Suppor is terrible
Suppor is terrible. I ran servers here for 2-3 months then it started lagging. The support never bothers to take ciritcal issues on top and instead makes you to wait for days to resolve.The support is quick in response if you ask them queries on purchase, but if you ask them to solve issues you will have to wait for days to resolve or keep up followin up. I moved to other hosts now all good.

Honest review, so Worst service.
My service will end soon in 7-8 days.
It's already been about 20 days since I used Qonzer hosting.
But today a problem occurred.
The VDS server goes down, the password changes, and the server goes down frequently, so even if you turn on the server through the panel, it continues to be down. (I don't know who it is, maybe an administrator?)

Hello, we only offer refunds for the first 7 days. Looking over the chat you didnt bring up any issues besides asking for a quote on those days. I wont be able to offer a refund, but I think we can work to fix your issue if you are willing. Let us know
The server automatically shuts down
I tried rebooting about 30 times.
Isn't the part about not giving a refund even though there is a log a bit too much?
Please refund only the unused portion, excluding the period of use.
The server went down randomly, and when I rebooted, it went down again and again.
I couldn't connect to the server itself.

Again I turned on the server.
Up until this point, I thought I was the problem.
However, the server kept turning off and rebooting, so I tried calling again, but there was no action or response.
I am not conscientiously requesting a full refund, but rather requesting a refund minus the number of days of use.
If you receive a refund excluding the number of days used,
I think I should get a refund of $60.08 USD.
If the server failure had been responded to quickly in this way, there would have been no problem.
There was no response and I waited conscientiously for 3 hours. I wish you would give me a refund.
Right we have a message on Feb 11th. You said resolved, then you messaged us 22 hours ago saying there was an issue. We responded asking for more info, and now you are asking for a refund. The server issues were never brought up prior to the 11th but even then you didnt respond until a day later saying it was resolved.
Im sorry you are having this issue but the allotment has already been placed for the month and we cannot refund it at this point. We cannot do partial refunds.
We would be happy to troubleshoot this for you and fix this issue as Im sure it would take no time. If not we understand and are again sorry you have this issue, but you will have to submit a cancellation request.
I understand your frustration but our terms state you will be responded to within 12 hours. We are a small team dealing with a ton of requests. 3 hours is alot but we cant get to everyone immediately. Again I apologize for your issue, but we will not be able to do a refund on this.

We had issues with security previously, and we took a gamble at that time and came over to qonzer.
Couldnt have made a better choice.
In writing time we have a total of 10 servers with them spanning several games.
Customer service is 11/10
They respond at any time of the day, lightning fast and most issues are resolved within minutes, same goes for questions asked.
Some of the games we have servers for has issues on the developer side, and sadly that has affected us aswell, but it is in no way, shape or form, qonzer fault.

Nao tive uma experiencia boa, o suporte tecnico e amador. e no final ao mudarem de provedor de protecao ddos corromperam meu servidor, perdendo meus dados, foi perdido mais de 800 reais em mensalidades por 2 servidores. O suporte tecnico feito por Turion e pessimo, completo amadorismo.
I did not have a good experience, the technical support is amateurish. And in the end, when they changed DDOS protection providers, they corrupted my server, losing my data. I lost more than R$800 in monthly fees for 2 servers. The technical support provided by Turion is terrible, completely amateurish.

You know that this was not the problem, since the same server worked normally on another host, another point if the problem was a mode conflict why did you never know how to say which mode? Since the server run for more than 1 month without conflict problems, just admit your incompetence. The same server run on another host!

Horrible customer service
We had horrible customer service from Qonzer. Submitted a ticket for major lag affecting all players, no response after 24 hours so I asked for help in thier discord. After another 6 hours I check discord and see my comments were deleted without any reply to the ticket or on discord! Another couple hours later they finally reply to the ticket just saying to use live chat instead and take no action on my request.
We just cancelled our server with them as that is not acceptable service for our money.
