I've only been taking this course for two months, but I've already learned a lot of useful information. The lessons are available as videos and notes in my personal account on the academy's website. It's very convenient. Every week we have video conferences where we communicate with other students and teachers. We're already working on real projects, websites, and mobile apps. It's challenging, but very interesting.

I'd like to share my opinion about training at Qoolli Academy.

I'd been searching for new IT skills for a long time. I had some experience. I'd created my own online store and also wanted to create an informational website about plants. Plants are one of my hobbies, but detailed information about them was supposed to generate income from contextual advertising on my informational website. However, I soon realized that I preferred the technical side of the process—creating and maintaining websites—rather than the commerce itself. So I started looking for introductory courses (video tutorials, online training, online marathons, etc.). I was deciding between UX/UI Design, Data Analyst, and Quality Assurance—things I was already somewhat familiar with.

After hearing from friends about a free course at Qoolli Academy, I decided to try my hand at QA testing. This training is very different from anything I'd experienced before. I like the approach of the instructors at this company. They get great satisfaction from working well with their clients and teach me to do the same. And this approach resonates with me. I also enjoy doing my job well, so that people are satisfied and recommend me as a responsible specialist. Thank you Qoolli Academy for the quality training!

What I value most, however, is her leadership style. Managing a group of about 40 students, she skillfully resolves misunderstandings, supports open communication, and creates a collaborative, relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. Her ability to defuse tension and keep the group united is something I truly admire.

I’d like to share my experience working with Olha as a teacher.

My name is Oleksandr, and I’m one of the students at Qoolli. Before joining Qoolli’s free course, I had no idea what QA testing was — in fact, I was completely unfamiliar with the IT field. But from the very first lecture, things started to change. The learning materials were clearly structured and focused only on what really mattered, which helped me quickly get into the process and start applying what I learned in practice.

After just one lesson, we were already able to find bugs on our own and write our first bug reports. Throughout the lectures, there were plenty of visual examples that were easy to understand — even for a complete beginner like me.

Of course, there were moments when I didn’t understand something right away. But whenever anything was unclear, Olha and her team were always available — either offering personal explanations or hosting extra group Q&A sessions. That level of support made a big difference.

I’m still studying, and I believe that learning is a continuous process — essential for growth and development. And with Olha and her team, this feels achievable.

My name is Maksym, and I’m a copywriter. Olha – the founder of Qoolli – reached out to me with a request for the text for her future website.

At that point, she already had two versions of the copy. I did an audit, we discussed everything, and decided to make a number of significant changes.

Olha is one of those rare clients who know how to trust professionals, so the work went smoothly and quickly.

To write the text, I needed a lot of details. I asked questions in waves – first one thing, then another. Olha replied clearly, quickly, and to the point – both in writing and during our video calls. It was obvious she’s a very focused and goal-oriented person. In my opinion, it's exactly people like her who create outstanding projects.

At the same time, Olha was coordinating with a designer – juggling both copy and visuals. That’s no easy task. Managing the process is clearly one of her strengths. I’m sure if it were all up to her, the site would’ve been finished even faster.

Of course, it was not without edits. But they were so tactful, reasonable and appropriate that I, as a copywriter, did not have a single gram of irritation. Moreover, she calmly discussed my design ideas as well.

I'm sure that Olha shows the same qualities in her work with clients – attention to detail, respect for experts, ability to take on the process. I am calm for her clients – they are in good hands!
