Delivered on time. Good communication through out, rang ahead to make sure was happy with delivery time. Fella who delivered was cool and well mannered, offered to help where ever he could. Quads sound up to now will update it if anything goes wrong. Very happy with service though 10/10

I bought a Quad bike for my son last Christmas. It was advertised as from 12 years. He rolled it over on Boxing day in my dad's field - it was far too fast and powerful for him.
When I looked at the Quad - it said on it - age 16 PLUS.
So I effectively wasted £1400 through false advertising.
My dad thankfully kept it and gave me a grand back.
Be very careful with the ages that are advertised on the website!!

EDIT: I KNOW THE BATTERY IS NOT NEW AS IT LITERALLY CAME WITH DIRT STUCK AROUND THE BATTERY AND HAD A FEW SCRAPES ON IT. YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Firstly, whenever I have called your customer service team, the males do not sound keen/enthusiastic about helping me, and they are not good at helping, however, the females were nice and talked me through every step on how to do something.

Now,
You’ve sent me an electric dirt bike and on the third or fourth day of having it the battery cut out. The reason was because the battery only had 66 volts instead of a required minimum of 72-73 volts. You then sent me a replacement battery and told me it was “new” when I asked whether it was a new or already-used battery (which took around 7-10 days for you to send me the new battery to arrive). It was NOT new and only had 44 volts. Even after putting my battery on charge and trying to ride my bike out again, the power turnt on and cut out INSTANTLY AGAIN after turning my key. Every time after I put the battery on charge, I try to turn my bike back on and it cuts out instantly again. After the bike turns on once, it doesn’t turn on again after trying to twist the key. I want a refund of my bike. I’ve payed £666.66 on one payment, and I’ve got 2 more payments to come out, equalling up to £1999.99. You need to cancel these payments without it affecting my credit score and refund my money back now.

And let me not mention that ever since I had the bike delivered to me, ON THE FIRST RIDEthere has also been a clicking sound coming from the rear end of the bike every rotation. I only mentioned this to your employees once because it is a minor problem, but here I am writing about it on my review. Enjoy.
