In a sea of AI slop and companies promising to unlock the "value of AI" only to offer half baked produts, Qualiflow is one of the few companies I have come across that has actually tapped into the potential of this technology to offer real value to its customers. From the first demo it was clear the qualiflow agents are incredibly adaptive even when I threw a curve ball at them. We are now in discussion to apply qualiflow across multiple groups in the company and I am excited to see how it enhances are customers' experience.

The communication sounds natural, so agent is very attentive to details, react very politely and neutral and could work with the complicated situation, with understanding not natives or people with different pronunciation in general.

Genuinely recommend it to any other clinic owners dealing with after-hours chaos and hundreds of phone calls!

We run a physio practice and honestly, we didn't think an AI phone thing would work for a medical setting. But we wanted to find a solution for when our receptionist had off for two weeks of vacation and for when people called once she left in the afternoon. Patients were even calling outside of normal work hours to request appointments and info like our opening hours, and it would be unfair to expect all of this to be covered by a human receptionist!

We set up Qualiflow.io (we use Lena the receptionist) and it just...handled it almost like a real person.

It noted appointment requests and all of the necessary info that comes with such a request, such as the treatment prescribed, the pain and how urgent it is, at what times the person would like to have their appointment, etc. It also recorded appointment cancellations for us, and if something sounded urgent, it flagged it straight to us and sent an email & SMS. We didn't miss a single call, even the ones that came in at night or on weekends when normally we'd just lose them.

Also, the GDPR compliance was actually a big deal for us since we're dealing with patient data, and it's all hosted in the EU and set up properly - great for German clinics, so that box was ticked without us having to chase anyone.

TBH It's not replacing our receptionist. It's more like the safety net we never had before, helping our clinic to be reachable 24/7.

We run The Castle Pub in Mitte, Berlin, and every World Cup we get slammed with calls. This year it we got over 60 calls a day, mostly from people asking what game you show tonight (changes daily), can we book a table, do we have Guinness bear and what time we open etc.

Highly recommended! I work in real estate and handle premium rental apartments, so I receive many calls from both current tenants and potential new tenants. Some days it can be really overwhelming, especially when I am not able to answer every call right away.

What I really like is that I receive an SMS with a short summary of who called and what they needed. It saves me a lot of time because I don’t have to listen to voicemail messages anymore - and honestly, most people don’t really use voicemail these days anyway.

It has also helped me catch a few potential clients I would probably have missed otherwise, especially when they called from unknown international numbers that I normally might not call back.

The best part is how natural the AI agent sounds. Some of my clients don’t even realize at first that they are speaking with AI.
