My husband and I called and spoke with a company rep named Jack. He was the best rep I’ve spoke to in a very long time. He answered all our questions promised the delivery in a week. I did email him a couple of times and he remained professional and pleasant. The item delivered in a week as promised and we are absolutely ecstatic! Tziporah was immensely helpful with our bathroom fixtures order, helping us expedite our original order. I also uncovered a mistake I had made in my order and Tziporah was able to quickly assist with expediting the additional order as well. I have been dealing with Quality Bath, few months now. By far best customer service I have experienced in my 18 years living in the US.
Dov and the team helped me few times selecting the right product and on one occasion corrected my cart with right item to fit in-wall toilet bowl.
Please do not ever change way you're doing bussines. Also I am glad you sell only high quality items, and not something that will fail in few months. This is maybe my 2nd review ever posted on line, and doing this I am just extending my gratitude to team at Quality Bath.

Ruthie was a great help in getting us refund due to an unfortunate error made by or counter suppliers for our bathroom remodel. The counter was delivered and installed with 3 holes instead of 1 without asking or confirming with us what we wanted. We were able to order a suitable replacement faucet from quality bath and return the original faucet with minimal inconvenience. Big thank you to Ruthie for making it as painless as possible.
