I approached Paul and his team with some design ideas in mind for my engagement ring and needed help realising this design and working out the details. Paul was really thorough and patient in his approach, making sure my ideas came together, and every detail was thought about, down to the sub-mm diameters of the diamonds used to get the right balance for both the design and for my finger size. I felt no pressure at any stage, and the team were quick to get back to me with design changes to realise my vision. They ended up producing a truly stunning and high quality ring that exceeded my expectations - I can’t stop looking at. I highly recommend Quality Diamonds and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

So, after hours of perusing the Quality Diamonds website for an engagement ring, we made an appointment at their Milton Keynes branch to meet Paul.
On arrival we were made most welcome in a really nice environment.
Paul explained everything about the differences between lab grown and natural diamonds, including cut, colour, clarity and carat.
At no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase. Paul offered guidance which was most helpful, but he was adamant that the choice remained ours.
We chose the lab grown route for ethical reasons, and not because they were cheaper.
We chose an 18ct gold band with three LG diamonds
Consisting of 1 x 1.3ct and 2 x 0.51ct lab grown diamonds.
On collection a few weeks later we were both blown away by how beautiful the ring was, and how much the ring sparkled. We are extremely happy with our purchase. So much so, that we are going back tomorrow to collect two wedding bands.
Fantastic service all round and highly recommended. We would definitely use Quality Diamonds again, and Thank You Paul for all your guidance and help.

I purchased my partners engagement ring from Quality Diamonds and we returned to purchase our wedding bands. Paul gave us fantastic levels of service, especially helping me with my choice of ring by providing custom samples in large sizes! The rings were produced in a timely manner after ordering and are of great quality, we are both very pleased with them. We had a few appointments in the MK office with Paul which was a great environment to make this purchase.

If you are looking for diamonds. Buy from Quality Diamonds, only. Great service and experience throughout the process.

What a great service! I was skeptical picking and ordering a custom engagement ring online at first, especially the ££ being spent. I had approached a couple of companies, however once i spoke to QD in the first phone call, the service on the call was just that bit better. I initially spoke with Sammie-Jo (milton keynes branch), and i knew i was going to pick QD from that first call. Exellent customer service, going further than i expected throughout. From start to finish brilliant, from placing the order, the diamond i chose was ordered, ring built and delivered.. all in 2 and a half weeks. The ring was delivered perfectly too, perfectly polished, diamond excellent, and well packaged. I'm not sure you'll get a better diamond/ring price from anywhere else too (certainly not the high street). I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again Sammie, Ben Wright.
