Beautiful engagement ring, high quality and fairly priced. I initially found QD through their excellent website and so had in mind which setting I was looking for. One weekend in December I was in Hatton garden so I called to ask if I can come in and Daniel Ferragamo booked me in with a few hours notice. From the start Daniel was very professional and highly informative regarding what to look out for in a diamond for maximum brilliance. This was a refreshing experience compared to that of other jewellers on Hatton Garden high street. Daniel was always very responsive to emails and questions I had. Before long I had picked out a stone and setting which was ready within the promised timeline during a busy Christmas period. I couldn't fault the initial buying experience and guidance from Daniel. After the proposal the ring required a resize in early January which was carried out and delivered to us via tracked post on time, as promised.

Up to this point the service had been excellent but I reached out to Daniel because I felt the ring shank was a bit thin and the overall shape was different after the resizing. I was concerned that this could affect structural integrity long-term. Daniel happily offered to send it in to the workshop to have the ring built up, which I was delighted about. However, I was a bit disappointed to have left the ring with them for almost a week whilst being told different things by the team. In the end no further work done as they deemed that the ring was in a normal condition post-resize. Perhaps there was some miscommunication but it felt like it was a bit of a waste of time and an apology for this hiccup would have gone a long way. Due to this, I have dropped a star from an otherwise 5/5 experience. Overall, I still recommend QD and Daniel for purchasing diamond jewellery and would consider returning.

Daniel was very responsive and helpful, we communicated by email before I visited and Daniel had got some options ready based on our emails. No pressure, and lots of information. Clearly a knowledgeable team and really are interested in helping you make your purchase special. Thank you for your help. Would definitely recommend. Found QD and decided to use their ring design and order feature on the website, within an hour I'd chosen the metal, style, cut, size and budget, so easy. Paul and Amber were great with their communications, professional and friendly, if only all companies were like this. The ring arrived today, wow, its a beauty, even nicer than I'd expected, well done QD.

I had a fantastic experience in purchasing a bespoke engagement ring. Daniel Ferragamo was a pleasure to work with. He was so knowledgable, helpful and down to earth. I never felt that anybody at Quality diamonds was trying to upsell me or place pressure on me. In fact, Daniel was very understanding and explained how to choose a beautiful diamond without overpaying.

There was a slip up where the ring was prematurely approved to be made in the workshop, but luckily my ring turned out absolutely beautiful and exactly as I wanted it.
