Great customer service
Customer service was very attentive. Alerted me of the varying eye prescriptions selected for my choice of contact lens. Orders was redone and sent out promptly. The specific bundle packaging contact lens is not available in my home country. It is much cheaper to purchase the bulk packaging version. Most importantly they offer international shipping at an affordable and reasonable shipment fee. Good job!

I have been using quality eyes for near a year now and am amazed at how good they are, the web site is easy to use, they ship far faster than any one else I have used and never an issue with stock. I keep a very sharp eye on prices and they are always the best. Just hope they stay this way and don't change !!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My required lenses were out of stock at the manufacturer so the team at Quality Eyes sent me some trial packs to make sure I didn't run out before stocks were replenished.

Had a hard time finding my lenses
Had a hard time finding my lenses. Quality Eyes took the order, and when they were OOS from the manufacturer, they sent me 10 free pairs to get me through until they were back in stock. They were timely with their communication, and they did what they said they were going to do. And the price was fair. Can’t ask for anything more.
