Lost entire year with them
I signed contract with them last year to be first first on first page all cities inside 15 miles radius from my zip code, also paid them to rank website and 8 months later I’m not on first page , website rank is close to zero
Google my bussines has only 10-15 cities first page out of 43
I gave them much time as much to make it work
They said it would take 3 months and has been 8 months or so
Worse company ever
I regret to work with them
I tried the first time , horrible and I was dumb enough to try the second time
The contract says money back if we don’t bring to first page in 3 months something like that
Money back guarantee and now they won’t refund me

Again, Danial, the owner says one thing and does nothing. Unfortunate as he is a nice guy but this is business and I have only gotten only one job in 14 months from Quality resource . I really did my homework before… unfortunately I made a mistake
I worked with Anthony Cooper from Quality Resource llc on and off for the past 3 years. They had good results at one time but they began to slack. My landing pages and my GMB disappeared, could not find anywhere near the 3 pack.
So I moved on to other places that really didn't come through for me.
I returned to Quality Resource for 4 months and same thing happened. Nowhere to be found on Google maps I was ranking in the 20's on gmb.
So I fired them again. This time Anthony had placed himself as owner of my GMB and when I confronted him, he changed it to him principle owner and me part time.
Since I asked him to fix thus , he knew that I was letting him go again.
So he fixed my Google my business, but rearanged my settings he took out my phone number out of spite and customers couldn't call me. They were only able to request a quote.
I will call his manager and make sure this is brought to his attention.
Don't make the same mistake I did.
I trusted Anthony to much and for this reason I will let everyone know what he did to my GMB.

Do business at your own risk.
And when you end your business relationship, make sure you go into your g. M. B. And verify that they did not sabotage it.
