A smooth experience
I needed translation on some legally binding documents so I called QST for a quote. QST had contacted me soon and had taken the time to understand the context behind my request.
I had then provided the scanned copies of the documents that required translation, via email and QST was able to provide the translated version promptly, having understood the time constraints.
Although QST was unable to provide any legal advise, which was expected, the translator had taken the time to note areas of the original document which didn't "make sense". Highlighting these areas of the document had added value to this service as I was subsequently able to make relevant enquiries based on this information.
QST had handled my request very professionally, making my experience a smooth one. Thank you.
