Qualtry is out of business!

I have a similar issue as reviewer Cooper...I used to order personalized cutting boards as gifts for clients and they used to be great! But I placed an order June 24 and it still shows unfulfilled. I tried calling the number on their website, it states the phone number was not found and disconnects. I sent an email to both email addresses on their website and both came back as "Address Not Found", the email account does not exist. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and ordered from another company. Qualtry went from quality products and reputable to a complete SCAM!

go elsewhere!

Their website is active (and takes orders and payments!) but the company is out of business. In process of disputing the charges with my credit card company. Had great experiences with them in years past but now it’s just a scam.

not what they used to be......

I ordered some gifts for a house warming of a friend. I had used Qualtry years back for a few items for myself and everything was perfect!

i placed the order & all seemed to be going fine, until i logged in to see if the items were shipped yet & it said they were out for delivery. The items were allegedly out for delivery in a different area about 20 minutes away. when i track it via ups, i can see a picture of the box & there is no way there is a cutting board in that box. So, they clearly have something wrong

i online chatted with customer service & they assured me that they would get to the bottom of this & get my items.

Now, the phone number listed disconnects as soon as it rings, online chat will no longer respond to me, and i had to file a claim with my credit card.

it has been almost a month & i had to order from another company

Never again!

Ordered product almost 2 months ago

Ordered product almost 2 months ago. Some personalized gifts were for a wedding shower that has come and gone. Can never get an answer from Customer Service and website says in process...after almost 2 months? Do NOT order from Qualtry!

Late and later, and no response from company

This purchase was for Christmas.
Everything I purchased for Christmas was late!

I started my order with a few things with 2 day delivery for Christmas , and the pop-up kept saying spend $100 get free shipping. No where did it say if you spend $100 we are going to ship it ground So not only did I buy more than I needed. I was leaving in 4 days out of town for Christmas, celebrating in town the night before. Didn’t have the gifts in town to give to family or to take with me out of town and then this one arrives in February and I didn’t even get notice it was on back order.
I tried to contact the company several times via email and asked for a phone call and the response was their phone service was unavailable and I still have yet to get a call back. It’s been almost a month. Very disappointing service. I won’t be ordering from here again

My orter was Stolen

I order the first collar as gift. When it was stolen out of the mailbox before the recipient received it I told Qualtry right away! Their reaction surprised me!! They got right to work and and shipped and shipped a new one! I couldn’t believe it! Now That! Is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVIC! Thank You Qualtry

Horrible service!

Horrible service!! Always an excuse for taking 2-3 weeks to ship my order. Never can reach anyone by phone because the lines are constantly busy or not working. Takes 3-4 emails to get a half response. Chat never works.

I typically like this company and their…

I typically like this company and their products.
I placed an order on November 27th.
Paid for the items to be produced in the US (not overseas).
My first items didn't arrive until December 29th. The others came in January. LONG after I needed them for gifts and to use for the holidays. I sent a couple emails and didn't receive any type of satisfactory answer. Just that they were busy this season.
It was disappointing to think things were taken care of only to have to scramble when items didn't arrive on time.

It took me tons of emails and…

It took me tons of emails and frustration just to get the code to give to the merchant for a dog collar. Finally received the items 5-6 weeks after buying it. Was constantly told the merchant had to fix the code issue.

Terrible communication and customer…

Terrible communication and customer service! I inquired about the status of my order several times and was told it was being processed every time. Once I finally received my order, 3 of the items were missing. I contacted customer service again to find out 1 of the items was out of stock. Still no mention of the other 2 items. I contacted customer service AGAIN to find out the same. Instead of issuing a credit, they sent me a $20 gift card, but the cost of the out of stock items was $42. When I questioned my refund, I was told to dispute it with my bank. I shop online all the time and have never heard of this. DO NO SHOP HERE!

Love the look and quality of the dog…

Love the look and quality of the dog collars, but unfortunately the phone number was transposed, which is the reason for the 3 star rating. Customer service has been great and once I get my replacements, it will be
5 star.
