Had my 18th birthday celebration over…

Had my 18th birthday celebration over here and staff were amazing. They brought cake with superb lightings and candles. Not to mention that the fokd was amazing.

It worked!

It worked! First time using online booking service for a restaurant. It was easy to navigate and quick; rather than "shouting" over the phone to flustered waiter staff who are not usually able to spell our family name. Lol

Great Night Out

We visited the Forest Lounge this evening and can honestly say the food and the service from the staff was extremely good, we would have no problems with recommending this place to our friends,

Laggy and Buggy

Business portal is very laggy, buggy and unintuitive, frustrating to use during service. Tablet app is fine but very basic, and does not have a timeline view. Business portal and Tablet app do not synchronise with each other well, if using both simultaneously you will have to keep refreshing it manually.

Cash reward system for making bookings

Nice new portal and user friendly app, never had issue with the restaurants i visit with my bookings through Quandoo.
Reward system gives cash for booking and reviewing the restaurants !!! Have redeem over $150 dollars into my bank account.
