A great company to work with! Every contact we had was professional and extremely helpful. The process was very clearly explained all along the way!

The entire process was relatively easy and truly professional. All questions were answered quickly, in depth and to my satisfaction. When issues arose, Peter and Matthew were more than helpful in resolving them. The closing went smoothly and within the pre-agreed upon timeframe...a seamless process from beginning to end.

Very good people to work with. They made sure that everything was transparent and you understood what was happening. The only issue that is common to this type of transaction is that it takes a long time to complete. I would work with QuantmRE again.

Then Matthew Sullivan was able to proceed with Loan And Mark Rogers was great at end Explained How the program works. We had tried with several other lenders and they were unable to help us for our situation. I was going thru a financial hardship, I was not able to get I loan nowhere due to my low credit score, Got tired of apply here and there, Then I came across QuantmRE, I was able to get some $$ from them by future % gain on my property, It's a little hard to explain in here for me, They came at the right time to help me get out of the loop, Matthew and the underwriting team were patient and very helpful with me every step of the way, I am grateful for that, Thank you guys, I am stress free!!!!

Posting my personal experience with QuantumRe: Scheduled a call with Mathew Sullivan June 21st Tuesday at 12:15 pm. Let’s see if I get a call this time. Second attempt! I’ll keep you all posted!

Everyone I talked or interacted with was very professional, courteous, patient with my questions and provided the information I was looking for.
With the exception of a minor glitch at the very end of the transaction, the process went as smoothly as possible in a fairly short period of time. I would definitely recommend QuantmRE to anyone looking for this type of funding.

I had a great experience working with QuantmRE. The team at QuantmRE is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. They walked me through the process and were happy to answer all of my questions--everything was very clear and transparent. The turnaround from completing the paperwork to receiving the funding was very quick. I would highly recommend working with this group to anyone looking to take advantage of their home equity.

Surprised by all the good reviews as my experience has been quite differrent. After website generated basic appraisal value and loan offer, QuantmRE proceeded to disappear. Failed to make scheduled phone contact. So far has failed to provide a written offer so that actual terms can be understood and compared. While offer was best, could not go forward without information. Very strange R. Albert
UPDATE 04/25/2023 - contact finally occurred and manager from QuantmRE outlined problems that had led to his delay. Then he went on to fully explain QuantmRE's capabilities, as well as fully clarify the details in their offers and in comparison to other lenders as well as how QuantmRE would fit in with my needs. Was very impressed with his skills and presentation and would very much consider them a good option.

Staff very helpful and paperwork easy to understand. Fantastic concept of variance for amount QuantumRE gets on return.

From the time I first talked with Matthew Sullivan of QuantmRE until the money funded into my account, my experience was first class. All of the instructions were clear and concise and all of the communication was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend QuantmRE to anyone who is looking to invest or start a project. It's a great way to access your equity without any payments or refinancing.

Quantum RE offered me an alternative method to utilize the 100% unused equity in my second home without filing a credit application, getting(paying for) an assessment, making payments, paying any interest, or paying taxes on the amount purchased by the equity partner. The process took about two weeks until the money was in my bank account. This is an available service to anyone with house ownership and equity in that house and is a much better alternative to "borrowing" on you equity: i.e. a second mortgage or HELOC. No payments. Thirty year note. Quantum RE's personnel treated me very professionally and got the job done just as they said they would. I'm in the process of doing the same thing with my primary residence right now.

I initially spoke with Matt Sullivan last fall and took my time to research what the shared equity program was all about. Matt was always very responsive and answered any and all questions I had throughout the process before I made the decision to move forward in May. He is very professional and nice and I would not hesitate to recommend Matt and his team to anyone!
