Adam LoPorto and the QB team have yet to delete my information as requested and required by CCPA. Furthermore, I lost -$8500 based on the poor performance of their misrepresented product and it basically blowing up my account last year with its martingale strategy.
I have since had multiple people thank me for sharing my experience and helping them "dodge" a bullet. On Reddit, WhatsApp and elsewhere.
Still seeking a refund for said lost fees and my data to be deleted, but it seems these guys live offshore in Puerto Rico and avoid addresses and proper legitimate communication...
Recommend staying away.
Since then, I have started using EFX and the team there is fantastic, accountable and overall everything I wish QB would have been. Highly recommend.
Do they get you the same returns QB advertised? NO, but thats because they're not making false over-inflated pretenses about their product. If its too good to be true, it probably is!
I will reiterate that my settings were set up per their recommendation and the PDF file received from them, this is all clearly in writing and the PDF is metadata is clear as day. After numerous accounts "blew up" they readjusted their settings and called the old stuff "high risk" and tried to sweep it under the rug... that should tell you something about this company!
Maybe their new settings work, but the major lack of accountability the first time around makes this a nonstarter for me any many others... you dont try to feed the dog again that bit you.
The "high risk" settings were also lower than those on their Master account they used to advertise the product and there is no way to get anywhere near the gains they advertise even at 0.07... let alone 0.03, which is why their representative David said to increase.

I've purchased and used many "bots" over the last two years. Purchasing the Kong bot (isn't offered anymore) is probably the first time I truly felt ripped off.
I ran it for 75 days at medium risk settings. At 75 days the account total was +.5%. An annual return of 6%.
Not quite the 10% a MONTH they fraudulently advertise. It doesn't work. Stay away.

Avoid and stop using this bot because It's unreliable and full of manipulative skills. My experience was terrible, and I have learnt my lesson the hard way. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

Started with them about 6 months ago after multiple conversations and promises of aver 15% month over month profit from sales. Fast forward today, after putting in seed amount of 10k the account is up by only 1k. The bot cost of 9k refund was promised if we don’t cover it in the first year. Since we are no where close to recovering the amount, When asked for a refund, customer service denied saying our account settings were aggressive even though we set it at moderate level on a call with their customer service. And now to top it off, they are charging $179 per month for licensing! This is ridiculous! Trying to chase them from about 2 weeks now, no helpful customer service nor a word from the sales guy either.

Do not touch this company. They are nice guys, but the algo doesn't work as advertised and their customer service is terrible.
It starting with my onboarding specialist. He insisted that I use a certain VPS, then he gave me his personal referral code and encouraged me to sign up for a higher service level than I need so he would personally benefit. He set me up on the wrong currency pair, so my algo didn't do anything for a couple weeks before this was discovered.
After being on the bot for a couple weeks, I was informed that the brokerage I was using (that was on their approved list at the time I signed up, which took weeks to open by the way), was no longer supported, so I needed to take another two weeks to open another brokerage account and move my funds to it.
Finally my bot was running. But I was so frustrated by the whole experience that I wanted to quit and asked for a refund. They told me that because I hadn't lost money **YET** they couldn't do anything.
So I stuck it out. Over the next couple of days, the bot executed two consecutive trades that took me into a significant drawdown. I started with a $25k account, had increased to $27k, and these two trades too me down to $18k. One of the trades was for a $6k loss! They told me to wait it out again; to wait for the "recovery trade". After 6 weeks this didn't happen. So, I finally turned off the bot and withdrew my funds from the brokerage account.
I went back to customer service and requested a refund. Now they told me too much time had passed, so I wasn't eligible for a refund. So... they forced me to stay in the bot longer (until I lost significant money) then told me too much time had passed for a refund. This is the worst policy and customer management I have experienced.
Stay away! Do your research! There are much better bots out there where the company actually honors what they tell you and does the right thing in a situation like this.

They target you as soon as they know you have money, opening positions without your full consent, and then demand a hidden commission fee to close them. The supposed purchase prices don't match actual market rates, which they use to pressure you into paying commissions for profits you never made—or to claim you owe them. You have zero control over your own withdrawals; only they can approve or initiate them, meaning you’re completely at their mercy to access your funds. Any genuine platform would let you handle withdrawals independently. Worse still, they can open and close trades at will on your account, so you can’t even tell if it's a real platform or just a demo made to fool you. The FCA and S𝚘teriguard confirmed I’m likely a scam victim, so beware of dealing with these people!

Hi there, I'm taking the time to do this to warn you not to waste your money. I am a real person in the US, and I am not writing a fake review. I purchased their latest and greatest 6 months ago, and put in 20k to start trading. It usually will make about 10 dollars when it has a good trade, AND it DOES USE MARTINGALE strategy....so it doubles down every time it has a loss. When a trade is opened, the stop loss is set around 4 times the take profit...so If I will either make $10 or lose $40, and then if I lose $40...it will double down and try to make it back....as you can see this will quickly become a disaster! Last week I had a losing trade that hit the double down limit and lost $2300 dollars ( the equivalent of 230 successful $10 trades gone in one loss)...taking away the small and meager profit I had accumulated over the past 6 months ( NO WHERE NEAR THE 18% advertised monthly gain ). KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE....IF THEY REALLY KNEW HOW TO TRADE, THEY WOULD NOT SELL YOU THEIR SYSTEM.

Avoid using this bot if you don't want to waste your time and money. I have tried it out before and most of all what they said is false, and they only want to swallow your funds and disappoint you in the end. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

I had high hopes for these bots. After running kong bot for about a month and a half im at an 800$ loss. This bot has not been running as advertised. I just started a trial of axis and athena so we will see how they perform, but so far I'm not impressed. I asked for a refund but was not granted it so i guess ill have to just play it out.
This platform is designed to lead to failure by offering promises but delivering only losses. After acquisition investors should expect the common courtesy of a fully available staff rather than be tossed around. It’s awful here, unlike C ! Ր M £ Ҳ which is a beacon of reliability and their pay is top notch.

Classic too good to be true vibes right here. They promise the world, but when it is time to withdraw my money, they went silent. Bots give you excuses, not answers. Time to level up with primeeightt, no games, no delays, just real payouts and secure investments. Step into the future.
Lost most of my money, beware of this bot, it will work fine for a while but eventually you'll get crushed
In response to QB you have three bots which I wasn’t aware of, I was using Kong and that was where I lost the money. Wouldn’t want to try your others with such a bad experience with Kong, thanks but no thanks

I am a newbie to forex and therefore was excited to go with Kong bot based on the historical performance. In 2023 -double digits monthly ! . i purchased in August 2024 , was unaware that it's performance already had dropped to single digits monthly , but still worth it , after the first month , Sept 24 it grew 8% , but since then a disaster , lost all of the gains and flat performance. I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about !? What happened to the double digit algorithm results, what happened to the monthly single digit gains? I can't believe these other reviews and my experience so different?

This bot has caused me to lose a lot of money, and I recommend that you avoid it at all costs. My experience with them was terrible, and they failed me in the end. Choosing to move on with PAIVA has been the best decision I've made so far.

It took some time, but the 5 star reviews are fake, two reviews a few days apart 9/29ish, had different names and the same profile pic. Just looking at the reviewers with multiple reviews they are reviewing the same multiple companies with responses, elaborate scam. :-(
