Service so bad it's shameful. Wifi cuts out multiple times per hour, sometimes in quick succession. Network speed is wildly inconsistent at all times of day, and sometimes downright unusable. Seems to... See more

Customer service just as bad as Xfinity
I have Quantum Fiber for both my home and office, and honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I scheduled an appointment for a technician to fix the Wi-Fi at my house since it wasn’t reaching the whole home. I even took time off work to be there. The morning of the appointment, I got an email saying my office service was cancelled, and the home appointment was also cancelled — with no explanation at all.
When I contacted support, no one could tell me what happened. They refused to reactivate my account and told me I had to make a new one and return all the equipment. After spending over an hour on chat, the only thing they offered me was $5 for the inconvenience.
I switched from Xfinity hoping for better service, but Quantum Fiber turned out to be just as bad. Super disappointing.
quantum fiber nightmare…
I cannot believe that a business as bad as quantum fiber was actually given permission to run such a horrible business. Thank goodness, I got rid of them after only a month of an ordeal I never want to go through again. Just stay away from them.
Will waste your time just for you to leave them a 1 star.
Had an appointment to install fiber between 2Pm-5Pm only for the tech to cancel at 4Pm, was redirected to their customer service team who then proceeded to go back and forth with me for about 3 hrs via text and not reschedule my appointment. Was instead told my account was close and asked me to sign up again. Overall it was a huge waste of time for both parties and they really earned this 1 star, I thought it was impossible to make century link look good but these guys really did it.

We have a no soliciting sign on our door and we point it out every single time someone from this company comes knocking. When we did this today and said "you guys ignore this every time" the guy just laughed and said "well we're told it takes an average of 7 contacts before someone will make the switch". Whoever is training these guys is messed up encouraging them to harrass whoever no matter what because of they do it enough times eventually theyll gain a new customer. At this point you could be giving the service away for free and we still wouldnt switch because, even before seeing all these terrible reviews, we have already gathered from your sales tactic that you do not respect people, potential customers or otherwise. If it happens again we will report to the city. Disgusting.
Garbage service
Garbage service. Garbage company. Constant outages. Sometimes multiple outages a month. Regular network connection drops daily.
Their technical support team runs off template responses and template "solutions". They don't know or understand what they are advising people to do. They just read from a document. They tried to get me to factory reset my network to the default because there was a service outage.
Don't expect any assistance over the weekend. They refuse to send field techs to repair problems.
If you want an accurate depiction of what you're in for going with this company, watch the South Park episode "Basic Cable".
Awful
Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Constant outages and they went a week not knowing how to fix my internet.
No apology, no surprise
After having Quantum internet for a few months, we decided to go to a different provider. We promptly sent the Quantum modem back at a UPS store, as instructed. Thereafter, we got a series of harassing messages saying that we would be charged $200 because we had failed to return the item. It was only after we obtained the verified UPS tracking information for the return by physically going to the shipper that we were able to get the matter resolved. It was entirely Quantum's fault, but no apology was forthcoming. Not the best way to run a business.
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. The AI chat bot is worthless and can only respond to a selection menu. No ability to control what devices are connected to the network. Bandwidth is not what was advertised
Everything they do is unprofessional.
Everything they do is shady, internet was spotty at best even at the most expensive plan, downgraded my plan and was still charged for the most expensive one while then getting the lowest mbps coverage, customer service was no help what so ever forced some sort of credit that I didn't want nor need. Cancelling next month, avoid this company

Probably the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrible, and reliability is the worst of all providers. Good luck when you have an issue with them.
QF IS A JOKE!!!!!
If I could leave a negative on the number line, that’s what I would do. This was the most awful service I’ve ever encountered in my life. Four months of absolute hell, constant outages, constant technicians at my house. I finally canceled and went with another service called TDS in my area located in Utah. Run run, run and never Subscribe to Quantum Fiber.
I’ve had one of the most disappointing…
I’ve had one of the most disappointing experiences with Quantum Fiber Internet. Their customer service is terrible — every time I call, I spend an average of 3–8 hours on the phone just to schedule a service.
They’ve sent technicians out four times, and each time they claimed the issue was fixed, only for the same problem to return. On one occasion, the technician didn’t even show up.
Because of their repeated failures, I’ve had to miss work multiple times, which has cost me both time and money. The overall lack of accountability and reliability is unacceptable.
If you value your time and need dependable service, I do not recommend Quantum Fiber.
No Online Cancellation Options
They don't have an option to cancel my subscription online. I had to call a number and was just told by a robot that I will have to wait 30 minutes for the privilege of asking to cancel my service. These anti-consumer policies need to stop.

Horrible customer service and i have had 4 technicians come to my house and are still unable to connect my service. Don’t waste your time with this company. Horrible service and customer service.

We have waited 3 months to get a temporary line buried. we were told on 4 different occasions that we had a date and plan to have it buried and each time it never happened we would call and be told there was never a request submitted for it. It’s unbelievable I don’t know how we will ever get it buried. We have to mow around it, our neighbor has to mow around it and are not happy about it. I would absolutely not recommend quantum fiber. we will be looking for a new service.
If I could give 0 I would
If I could give 0 I would. Judging by all of the reviews already - I dont think I even need to explain ALL the issues I had with this companies customer service. I did everything in my power to get internet through ANYONE else after the "Supervisor" I spoke with yelled at me and hung up on me, but importunely, the company has a monopoly in certain areas and they know it.
Quantum Fiber harasses perspective…
Quantum Fiber harasses perspective customers. When you tell them "No", they proceed to ask personal questions, and you realize you're just talking to strangers. They need to understand that if someone wanted to do business with them, that person would contact them.
They don’t even deserve 1 star
They don’t even deserve 1 star. Every time they update their software it deletes your information and you have to call in and have them fix it. I’ve been on hold for more than 6 hours to have them fix it multiple times. It’s the worst experience ever. This has happened 3 times now. They also have increased their rates twice in 12 months.
Would not recommend
Customer service sucks.
I have been without wifi going on the 3rd week. A phone line company cut my line and Quantum just sits on their thumb and hasn't gotten back to us to resolve the issue. If you have a business they don't give a crap.If the Supervisor doesn't care the customer support DOESN'T either. XFINITY customer support is a 5 star compare to Quantum. If nothings done today half of my neighborhood will go back to XFINITY. CORPORATE IT IS TIME REVAMP the way you do business.
No! Would not recommend.
Customer service is rude. They advertise a price for life but don't tell you that you have to specially ask for it. They raise prices for no reason and when you cancel they don't refund partial payment when you don't use it. 0 stars.
