I ordered a Super King bed set. It took weeks to arrive and when it did it was a USA Queen Size set. Furthermore the additional pillowcases I ordered with the set did in no way match the ones that came in the original set. So obviously I needed to return them. Sophie set up the return and promised a refund of £206. Its been months and still nothing. I have approached the card company I used to make this purchase and hopefully I can get the funds back. Its not about the money it is about the dishonesty and incorrect products. I would strongly urge anyone to shop elsewhere.

First purchase was fine...second not so good.

First purchase was fine, no issue at all other than that it takes a while for your order to arrive. I even emailed them to find out when i can expect my order to arrive and they responded within a couple of days, so I was perfectly happy.

Second time round though, they've sent me the wrong order (I ordered a double size bedding set and they've sent me Queen size) and I've emailed them three times but got no reply. I've got a bedding set I can't use, that I paid a lot of money for, and no way to resolve the issue.

It's been three weeks since I first contacted them and I've had no reply. Unfortunately my second experience with them has not been a good one and I won't be using them again. I will continue to message them to see how long it takes them to sort this though!

If I could put no stars I would cheap rubbish Chinese bedding ordered 6 piece superking the duvet cover does not fit the duvet only 2 pillowcases come all screwed up in a rubbish package I can't get hold of anyone no numbers don't return emails company appears to have gone 171 pound for rubbish no use at all I'm fuming waited 3 weeks for it to receive crap do not order from this company

Bought a duvet set

Their website is now unavailable and with no access, I cannot return these items which looks like they have come from China. Which I am dubious would actually make the return journey.

Flashy website is where the quality stops

Bought the ‘goose down’ pillow pair and while the pillows seem nice quality, they’re certainly not £160 worth, frankly & I’m doubtful that the filling is down.

The way these were packaged was disgraceful- squashed up and so tightly wrapped up in a plastic shipping bag & cellotape, that it needed to be cut with precision to avoid slicing into the pillows which were inside a fabric bag (and the pillows are not the same as the pictures on their website).

Frankly I would expect something from Amazon to arrive like this, but - again - for £160 a pair, I’d expect them to have been in a box! Even a bikini from Hilfiger came in a box for goodness sake.

My order took about two weeks to arrive, initially stating a non-existent shipping ref. My husband paid for them so he queried where our order was two days ago and hey presto, 2 days later the pillows arrived, via Royal Mail 48hr signed for service.

Wouldn’t order again from this company again as their flashy website is definitely not reflective of their service or bedding quality, to be blunt (shake I can’t add photos) - I suspect the 5-star reviews are fake.

I hope the pillow is at least comfy because I can’t be bothered to try to return the order, which appears to have come from China, not the U.K.

Go to John Lewis instead, folks.

Not happy!! DONT BUY FROM HERE

PLEASE READ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Placed an order on 24th January. Checked the tracking and it hasn’t even shipped yet.

Emailed and messaged on Facebook and no reply.

Now going through PayPal to get a refund.
Not good enough, the order I bought was over £300. You don’t expect this service when spending so much money.

Edit: still heard absolutely nothing and I’ve sent further communication after this review.
PayPal have now raised this and are refunding me the money. Wouldn’t ever recommend this company.

Further edit: still no response from the company. A total of 4 emails, 4 Facebook messages and 2 on Instagram. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.

Since then - they have also BLOCKED me from their social media to try and cover their tracks. Blocked both on Facebook and Instagram!!

Thankfully PayPal has now fully refunded me.

a month later and still no sign of my order

I placed an order on 26th Nov and as of 21st Dec I still have not received my order despite full payment being taken at time of order. I've chased multiple times and have had only 2 responses stating the parcel was on the way but no details provided. Still no sign of the order and last email chasing (a week ago) has yet to be acknowledged. Starting to wonder if they're legitimate.

No customer service ! now out of pocket !

Purchased 4 piece Mayfair superking bedding set which did appear to be very good quality but
the duvet cover only measured 220 cms in the width which should have been 260 ! (an obvious fault ) the matching sheet was at least 12" too wide for the bed and the separated pillow cases were a different colour ! I emailed re my dissapointment and was advised that I was welcome to return the items and told that they were sorry that I was not happy, they were not concerned that I had been sent faulty goods it was more a case of if you don't want it you can return it ! also there was no mention of paying for the return postage which cost £22 despite the fact items were incorrect/faulty ! I did email again and suggested that they should have either paid for the return or offered to replace the items but did not receive a response ! I have now received a refund but not for the postage !

£170 for bedding that takes nearly a month to come? Quick enough to take money.

After 11days I still await for my order.
Very poor service. After contacting Customer services I was offered a full refund as they were not sure where my order had disappeared to but told me to keep it if it turned up. Order has finally arrived, great quality. 5 stars for the quality so have updated my review from 1 star to 5

Great product. Terrible delivery.

The product is great quality but the experience of getting it was appalling. This product comes from Japan. FedEx were terrible. They took over a week to get my package from Chorley to my house 30mins away and that was the time it took to get from Japan to UK. Everyday I was on the phone to FedEx and everyday they promised it will be tomorrow. They lie to you and the customer experience is shocking as they can’t every tell the truth. When you call them you go through this automated crappy system and it takes forever to speak to someone. Please don’t buy this product if they continue to use Fedex…

Disappointing

Bedding was ok, but not value for money. Fitted sheet was massive and needed to be tucked in all round. Bedding lacked the shine pictured and if I’m honest, could have got better from Dunelm for a mere fracture of the cost.

Really disappointed as wanted to treat ourselves to a bit of luxury 😕
