Less than 1 star.. this company should not be allowed to advertise on Instagram.. this is Not from Manchester UK, but from China, took 12 days to arrive, no washing care instructions, not Cotton or wool, as described in the product specifications. These would not have been £70, reduced to £35. Also saying down to last 6 available.. not true. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered & now have a garment I don’t want.

COMPLETE SCAM
Do not buy from Quartier Manchester, they say you can have a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This is a complete lie, I have contacted them 5 times, but they have not bothered to return my emails. I paid £70 for these jumpers and I am stuck with them.

I Ordered a Medium jumper
What arrived was far too small with no labels and poor quality

Contacted them to arrange return and got following options really quickly:

1. You can swap your current item for a different size or a new product for just £9.90 per item, which is a practical choice for the environment as it helps to cut down on CO2 emissions and packaging waste.

2. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and receive a 20% partial refund.

As the item not as described and I want a full refund I offered to sent proof of small size with photos but have heard nothing

Clearly a scam with very poor quality goods and no customer redress

Don’t expect to get anything but will persist a bit longer

I would have opted for zero stars, however not an option. This company is a complete scam, paid £80 for two sweaters that are not fit for purpose. Returns process is close to impossible & requires paying postage to China. It is misleading as I understood I was dealing with a Manchester company & not China. Don’t buy from this company.

I bought a jacket from the site thinking it's uk based. The jacket shipped from China and took a month to arrive. I bought medium and that usually is big for me. But this jacket I couldn't even get my arm through. So I asked for a refund or exchange and this company did not respond.

They are so appalling as a company I can’t put it into words . Do not under any circumstances buy from them .
Try as I might they will not send me an address to enable me to return goods which do not fit . They are not what I ordered

I agree with all the reviews below, The jumper I bought was very very poor quality, and a colour I would never wear. Not a bit like the picture.
No luck with emailing to ask for return not going to waste any more time, but hopefully others will read these reviews before they buy I wish I had!

Took 19 days before delivery, jumper in a plastic bag with no order form or any paperwork. Very disappointed when tracking to see it was being flown from China when I thought I was buying from a shop in Manchester.
Ordered an XL and it is way too small but there was no label so I can’t see if it is correct size or not.
Dreadful returns policy, very unprofessional. You have to pay return postage but it isn’t clear how much.
So disappointed I’ve been scammed and hope others learn from my review. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This Company is rubbish. DO NOT buy from them! They have the audacity to claim they deal with top end goods when what they do is source from China, get it sent to them & sell at an inflated price. The jumper I received was cheap & covered in various threads of other garments
Arrived in a crumpled plastic bag. No refund offered unless you photograph the rubbish item & then pay £12.95 postage to return the rubbish. Which proves this is international postage! Complete scammers.

The same clothes on Quartier Manchester are also on Porter london which is where I was scammed. I've messaged FB and now I've taken to spamming them with 10 emails daily as I can't do much else. Shame FB allows them to advertise with fake trust pilot reviews. Need to bring this down.

Dreadful company, fraudulent!! They have NO address and NO shop!! They are operating under false pretences - won’t give refunds for awful goods that are nothing like their photos online.

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Basically experienced same probs as below. Have now reported them to my credit card company so fingers crossed I’ll get my money back.

Having placed an order via their advert on Facebook (and checking the link first which showed a shopfront in the Northern Quarter of Manchester, accompanied by blurb explaining how this business had grown over 20+ years, so I took the business to be genuine), I received an email straight away confirming my order and stating that delivery would be between 8-12 working days. I thought this was a lengthy delivery time for a Manchester-based business so then did a search for Quartier-Manchester online. Straight away my internet security blocked entry to the site and warned that it was a scam site! Fortunately, I had paid for the two items ordered using my VISA card. The items arrived 11 days after ordering them and, yes, they are (as everyone else is saying) of inferior quality, nothing like the photos of the items I believed that I had ordered, and incorrect sizes. I have reported the site to Facebook and Barclaycard as a scam site. Read all the negative Trust Pilot reviews, and how fraudulent online stores such as Quartier-Manchester.uk operate on malwaretips.com.

Similar experience to many others - fell for the Manchester lie - ordered two sweaters which apparently were a 'mix of cotton and wool' but when they arrived looked cheap, had no labels, were much smaller than expected and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Have emailed several times to initiate a return but have had no response. This isn't a one star review it's a zero star review.

Do not waste your hard earned money. Products are poor quality, no labels, no after sales support. How are they allowed to advertise? Thieves.

The items I received bore no similarity to the goods I ordered. Apart from being shoddy and not as shown, they smelled strongly of fish. I also believed I was ordering from a UK firm - not from China. Returning the items will inevitably be costly and more than likely impossible. A total con.

SCAM company items nothing like shown they will not do refunds offer you a discount of further purchases when you refuse that they completely ignore your emails £60 down the drain 😡

Do not buy from this fraudulent company. They all need to be in jail. Why in 2024 are they allowed to advertise on supposedly reputable pages? Not anywhere near as advertised, sizing, fabric all misleading. I'm really, really angry.

NOT NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - A TOTAL SCAM ..before ordering I asked for returns & refund policy they said within 30 days . THEY ARE IMPORTED FROM CHINA. The moment I received the jackets I was very disappointed and emailed them straight away for returns stating poor quality and not how it looks it photo . They don’t give you refund but instead offer you to swap with a fee of £10 or 20% refund once you send goods back to China which is costing more than the item . I have never heard of such thing. They send you similar emails over and over again . There is no phone number to speak up anyone and I have had really depressing time . I ended up putting the jackets in a charity bag . Please don’t order from this company.
