I can’t believe I fell for this scam. Jumper looks nothing like advertised. Now trying to return it but predictably nobody is responding to my emails requesting it.

This company does not appear to be UK based .There will be no recourse to the law or Trading standards. It seems to exist solely to take money and send ridiculous items.Reviews on their site are not available for obvious reasons

Terrible. Poor quality; too small; absolute rubbish. No response to emails. Boots went to charity. Money written off.

Jumper took weeks to arrive and is way smaller than advertised. It's on their site as a wool and cotton mix but has no labels on at all and feels synthetic.
Trying to return is proving difficult, they've offered exchange for a different item at a cost of £9. 95! Customer service response extremely slow and poor. I now see that returns are to Asia at customer cost, they have offered exchange for a larger size which I assume would take weeks again (from Asia) and still no idea what the jumper is actually made from. Buyer Beware!!

Please don’t use this company I’ve just been scammed. Bought 2 jumpers they said reduced from £70 each. Well they have arrived today £62 in total one wouldn’t even go over my head the other is nothing I would buy off the market or wear. Worse than Primark jumpers at a much higher price. I have read they want 12euros to ship back which I’m not prepared to pay. Will take them to the charity shop. I did email them after 2 weeks asking where they sending my parcels from China a lady called Hannah said no we are a Manchester company. Silly me I believed her. Please do not use this company it needs shutting down.

I ordered 2 jumpers one red, one black and a striped cardigan. I received two red jumpers which were way smaller than they should have been and the cardigan looked absolutely nothing like the picture. It was £50 and is a cheap and nasty acrylic knit in horrible gaudy colours. Reading the reviews I’m not even going to try and send them back. Apparently the returns process is expensive and completely unreliable. Don’t fall for the name. They are in Asia

How can we stop others getting scammed by them. I will contact American Express through which I paid to get my money back but we need to make others aware. Pls stay away and don’t get tempted to buy as it is no way near to what they show on website and no returns!!

Ordered a jumper and it was absolutely terrible. This company is definitely not who they say they are and are falsely posing as a quality British company. The jumper has no name label, no size label and no care instructions! The knit is faulty and I feel I have been scammed, I saw the advert on Instagram. BEWARE anyone who likes the look of the website, it is false!!!!

1 star is too many. Rubbish.
Trading standards please take note.

I want to return poor quality items. I contacted customer support and they tried to persuade me to keep them on the grounds it would help to reduce CO2 emissions and packaging waste since returns involve multiple trips and extra materials!!
I've since said I don't want to keep them and please could I have a returns address so I could have a full refund as stated in their T&Cs
That's was a week ago and I've heard nothing despite chasing up several times.
Given the other very poor reviews, is it time to make them known to trading standards?

No response to emails wanting to return items - has anyone had any luck with an address they could share?

Absolute rubbish, nothing like the picture, terrible quality and nowhere near the size that it should be. Charging £12.95 to return it, I’ll keep it and use it in the dogs bed 😡

After more than 16 email from me about a faulty sweater that I foolishly purchased from this company they have finally offered me a replacement with an extra cost of £9.90 with no explanation as to why, or I can keep the useless item and get a partial refund of 20%
what has happen to good being fit for purpose and my rights

This is a scam! I've waited 3 weeks for an order and tried to cancel it as was starting to think it was lost but they refused to cancel and said it was on the way! It has now arrived and is rubbish, poor quality and no labels, sizing is ridiculous, I ordered a medium jacket and it would barely fit a size 6 person.
There's no instructions to return and I can now see there is a considerable charge to do this! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!

Slow to arrive and VERY poor quality. Not at all like the image depicted.

Awful product, super cheap shiny material, nothing like the adverts on social media. Took about 6 weeks to arrive, definitely not from Manchester 🤣. Avoid.

Goods bore no resemblance to photo, doesn’t reply to emails. Fraudulent company. Don’t buy.

It's a horrible company.
The products are of cheap quality. It takes weeks to arrive. And the website is misleading. I ordered a jacket of a size that I wear, but it turned out to be of a smaller fit. The website says "Free Exchange". But when I reached them for exchange they asked me an additional fee of £12.50 to cover the associated costs! And if I return the item they will charge a shipping fee of €20-35. Who in this world will think of paying additional charges to get an item of cheap quality? This company is a SCAM. I regret not checking their reviews on Trustpilot before making the purchase!

Just received jumpers. No label and clearly synthetic not wool and cotton as described. Sizing too small. Have emailed to request return but seeing other posts not hopeful.
Feel very stupid that I did not check reviews before ordering.
