It’s been over two weeks and I have not heard anything or gotten a tracking label or anything…. Order#1445

Understand that this is a "used" part, however, considering the price paid was likely three times what the part cost 15 years ago, it was overall filthy, with abrasion scrapes on the rubber bellows and highly corroded metal brackets that appear to have had serious salt exposure.

the mounting tabs on one of the grill guards were cracked, will have to manufacture a way to make it work

Very helpful. Order preparation fast. Interesting products. Unfortunately, I finally canceled the order so I can't rate the quality of the product, but the store is worth recommending.

A surprisingly good experience. Parts for these cars (vintage Audis) are hard to come by. Some of what they carry--or can find--is remarkable. My frt bumper has been slightly damaged for some time. I figured I'd live with it. However, though I wasn't searching for a replacement, Quattroholics had it. And it was NOS, with the original Audi box and packing. It wasn't cheap, but they negotiated. I'm traveling, so I asked Robert to hold off on shipping, which he kindly agreed to.
Quattroholics was a lucky find. I highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable about these cars, they sell highly quality, often NOS parts, and they offer to search for parts they don't have in stock.
They are very good (and patient) in working with customers.

I highly recommend this company. I ordered a very hard to find item that they had in stock. Upon receiving the item I realized it was not the correct one as advised. The website didn't have a phone number. This made me nervous as you could imagine. There is a website. I didn't have high hopes but I gave it a shot. They responded right away. I was so impressed. I explained what happened and they were understanding and helpful. They tried to fix the problem and find the part I needed. When I asked for a refund it was issued right away with no problems at all. Even though there was a hiccup in the transaction, they really came through. If you are shopping with this company you can feel confident that they are there if you need anything. I will definitely buy from this company again.
