I used their services several times. I am always satisfied with the service, service and car. I have experience from Catania. I highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic experience with this rental agency. The check-in process was quick, the staff was professional, and the car was spotless and fuel-efficient. Dropping off the vehicle was just as easy. I will definitely use them again for my next trip!

Rented car late at night and was made to sign saying no damage to screen even though I stated I could not see.when returning car nobody available to check car at office but told all ok.24 hours later bill for screen damage! Cheap original cost so have to con you.BEWARE

Stay away from these scammers at all cost. I booked my car through VIP Cars who have great reviews, unfortunately they handed the booking to a company called Acarent. They have appalling reviews. The money was taken from my credit card by Quattro (also appalling reviews). If this happened in the UK, I would be contacting the police and trading standards. I really don’t know how they continue to trade. I am withholding my review on VIP Cars until after they respond to the situation. At the moment they don’t seem too concerned!

I have hired a car from Quattro/ACA in Catania several times and I have always received very polite, efficient and friendly service. Both the check out process with Whatsapp picture evidence and the honest check-in protocol give me confidence to continue to choose this company.

The worst car rental company in Catania. I have been renting cars from Catani Airport for many years, but this was the worst experience I had so far. They charged me out of our penalty (£50), because I was 1 minute late. They also tried to charge again when giving back the vehicle for a silly reason. The costumer service is awful, they were very rude and disrespectful. Avoid as much as you can!!

Booked a car through DoYouItaly. This company then fraudulently used our details to make another booking with another rental company!
