I would rate 0 if that was an option

I would rate 0 if that was an option. In the beginning, everything was fine until the product arrived and did not work properly. After contacting the company initially they responded well and said they would send return instructions and labels. After waiting several weeks I contacted them again and finally after so many delays I requested a refund. I have not received anything to date and this all began initially in July after I saw the product on View Your Deal. The product was delivered 7/24/26. I even contacted View Your Deal and they were told they would reply. Qubs has ghosted me and I am out $75.00 and no product. I will NEVER purchase from a company again without thoroughly investigating their track record.
