Shocking customer service . Awful workman ship . Will cost me over £100 to get the dresses fixed. They offered me 8% discount what a joke. And to return would charge me return plus30% of dresses. Absolutely disgusting. Dress not like picture complete different material. And the other well not support at all just flops and awful sewing do not waste your money

I ordered a made to measure wedding dress from here and was shocked when it turned up! The sizing was completely off, the colour wasn’t right and it stank of fish (wish I was joking). I read these reviews beforehand but thought that it would be ok.. it was not! Luckily I paid through PayPal but it took 4 months to get my money back and I had to send it back to China! Not Uk as stated. Cost me a lot to do that. I got a beautiful dress from H&M for £80 in the end.. please don’t use this site. You’ll regret it.

I am honestly so confused as to why people have such negative reviews of the website. I ordered my prom dress from there and the quality of it was amazing. I did have to get the skirt tailored because it was long but other than that it was great. The top of the dress had support and wires which made the dress feel and look expensive. I would defined recommend

I ordered a dress from this website and it has still not arrived. I’m pretty scared that it wont come at all and I don’t hade enough money to buy an Another one. I have tried to contact the company but the don’t answer.

Dress is awful. Do not use this company. Total waste of money. Customer service just ignore your emails and don't bother to get back to you.

Do not go near this company. I paid a lot of money for a cheaply made dress that didn’t match the size stated and have been totally ignored by their so called service department since contacting them over a week ago, even though they promise on their web site to get back to you within 24 hours. However, they are still sending me e mails to let me know that my dress is still under tailoring and will be rushed out to me as soon as it’s ready!!?? Expensive joke of a company.

Awful! Absolutely awful! Prom dress took ages to arrive ( Chinese company even though they use .co.uk address ). We ordered the correct size using their size charts, but the actual dress fitted like a baggy sack. Customer service ( I use that term tongue in cheek) are a complete waste of time! If it was a UK company I would be able to use distance selling regs and small claims court to get my money back. However, as they are a Chinese Company using a .co.uk address as a cover then no hope. Please...Please....Please do not waste your money with these ripoff merchants.

I ordered mother-of-the-bride dress and paid extra for custom sizing. Dress came with those body measurements -- but sleeves that were too small so the dress wouldn't go on. Customer service -- in broken English -- requested my measurements again and again, then offered a 15% discount, saying to find a "local tailor to do some alterations." Furthermore, the fabric on the dress that arrived was not the same as that in the picture. They never even acknowledged that "detail." Luckily, a similar style (but much better made) dress became available at Macy's and I purchased that!

Shocking customer service, ordered dress for mother of the bride as per their sizing guide, dress arrived and was far too small. Their customer service team could barely string a sentence together on the emails. Asked for photos which I sent and mothers measurements, all smaller than their chart and I still couldn't get them to supply an address for return or a refund. Would never use the company or recommend to anyone. Also, the dress itself looks cheap for the price. Mother ended up with a far nicer outfit for less money from Debenhams.

Very poor quality and poor after service fit is not made to measure and even though sent photos to show the poor fit was told they can't do anything total waste of money

Spent £112 on a prom dress for my daughter looks nothing like picture. Have tried to return they are refusing return.
Despite numerous emails.
Truly awful dresses and very poor service.
So unhappy and total waste of money.

okay, you get what you pay for - the quality isn't super and the fit is incorrect, plus one or two loose sequins. BUT, if you are willing to take the risk and you can find a local seamstress to make the required alterations, you can still get a decent dress for half the price of all the ones in the wedding shops. Skirt is long and fully lined, and the fabric of this is good quality (chiffon with a satiny full length underskirt). Colour is a good match to the one on the website
