Bra didn't fit

I gave a 3* because there is no updates via email about delivery date.And there was no where i could find in the order email where I can do return,or a return slip in the packaging. The bra didn't fit,I have wasted my money in purchasing it.

Ordered a bra beginning of June still waiting money hone out of bank. Emailed no answer. Give me my money back
Answered me as below still nothing no goods no refund. I will now escalating to the financial ombudsman to get my money back. Terrible service 😑

Poor quality

I have emailed you and rated you you have ignored both the trousers are of extremely poor quality I ordered a size 8 these are tiny I have ordered from you previously I have them in black, olive and wne.
