Nobody knows where my parcel is
Nobody knows where my parcel is. I contacted customer service and couldn't get any help. I asked for refund in this case but haven't heard back from them for a week now.
Edit: After my review here, customer service contacted me with an incredibly bad attitude. I have never had this approach as a customer in my life before. Thanks queens.de for giving me the lesson that one should NEVER buy something from a company without enough review.
