Failure to deliver

Contracted QCD for a simple ecommerce site to support our existing company's new outside sales work. They were incredibly slow and showed us a demo with very little effort put into it to make it relevant. Lots of nonsense and terrible design elements. One key piece of infrastructure was a calculator, which was the big reason we decided to hire an agency rather than just do a simple deployment ourselves. Despite their assurances that they could handle it, the one demo of the calculator they showed us was abysmal. It was non functional and full of egregious errors. Corrections were never made, and eventually they just stopped responding to emails entirely.

Their "developers" are obviously not skilled. They can plug content into a template, that's about it. Coding anything is beyond their skillset.

Their project managers don't know what they are doing or what their team is actually capable of. Communications are subpar and full of promises they won't deliver on.

Waste of time to work with this company.

Queens Creative Design is a company that is lacking in professionalism in every aspect of business.

Queens Creative Design is a company that is lacking in professionalism in every aspect of business.
I bought what was to be a simple 5 page booking website. In 8 months, they were unable to deliver a usable product that met all the terms in the contract.
Based on my personal experience with this entity, this is what you can expect if you choose to do business with this company.
I have documentation that supports my review and will provide it on legitimate request.
SALES REP: The person who sold me the contract. As far as I know, they only have one person in this position, and he is (in my opinion) NOT trustworthy and lies. This just added to the frustration of trying to professionally deal with this group.
My short review of Queens Creative Design:
1) They are untrustworthy, they stole all the funds paid to them and never delivered a complete, usable product that conformed to the terms of the contract.
2) Quens will not honor their 100% money back guarantee. I requested this 2 times, once I was yelled at and belittled, the second was ignored.
3) I believe, (but can't prove) that my site was sabotaged on 2 occasions. I can't prove it, because what happened could have only been done internally (as indicated by their employee), while my site was hosted on their servers.
a. CC link removed from website booking page. (it is unknown how long this was down). I confirmed that the credit card processor was up, and the link was active on their end, meaning it was on the server and not the processor.
b. In place of my website displaying, clients were getting a landing page that said the site had been suspended. It took 4 days to get this corrected, I saw it on Friday and the site was not active until Monday.
4) They set phone call appointments, and either were No Show, or were unprepared for the appointment. They wasted many hours of my time, waiting for calls that never came, having to repeat instructions that had already been provided via email. One such email was 2 months waiting to be completed.
5) An attempted extortion (2 times, same person), to make my site ADA compliant. The attempted extorted amount, $500. I have this in emails.
6) 5-6 months into the project I found that on page SEO and Google analytics were never installed or completed. Yes, this is included in the contract, and should have been set up as the page was being designed.
7) I requested a conference call to be completed between the design team manager, my Sales Rep and myself. This call was to layout what was included in my contract. It took over a month to get this set up. On the day of the call, I received a VM from my sales rep that the phone call wasn't going to happen. My sales rep effectively told me that I wasn't important as a client, and I had just been RIPPED OFF! His actions made this very clear, and at this point I lost all hope and faith that I would ever receive the website I had paid for.

My recommendation regarding Queens, avoid at all costs!
There are two major website hosting companies that have excellent webpage builders. Within weeks of my transferring my domain and building my new site, traffic to the site improved immediately.

I pay total 3300 dollar to this company…

I pay total 3300 dollar to this company ,but they do noting but laying again and agian. This company is basically liars who keep lying throughout the whole process. After the money is paid, they tell me that you still need a domain name. It costs 10 dollars. The domain name is only 20 dollars for two years, but this company lied to me for 900 dollars for the two-year domain name. This company also kept asking me for other fees, and after asking, they didn't do anything for you, except to keep cheating you. 9 months passed and nothing was done. I wanted my money back and they just disappeared。Can anyone tell me which department I should report to. This is a scam company. If you see this message, please help me report this company to avoid more victims

This company is a scam! Buyer beware!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience I have had with a graphic designer. This company is a scam to say the least. I hired them to create a logo and results they were giving were not at all what I was looking for or what was representative on their website. I requested my money back in February and have received nothing but a run around …. I finally had to claim a fraud charge with my credit card company. I now will be blasting every site that will allow me to review and testify what a scam they are. PSA DON’T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!

It has been a true pleasure to work…

It has been a true pleasure to work with Queens Creative Design and its employees. Professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. We had a few instances where we were not understanding each other, but it only took a couple of phone calls to clear everything up, and get to where we needed to get. They (I mainly spoke with Elliot went above and beyond to meet my requests and expectations. Always took the time to explain how things were progressing, and made everything happen as I had envisioned it! The final product was beyond anything I had hoped for!!! I would MOST definitely recommend this company.

Worst experience

Worst experience I ever had. Don’t trust this company. Look on a market for other companies that will offer you an affordable price and will not charge additional for services that you didn’t ask for.The money you pay do not worth the result. I was not satisfied with their services. During the project they started creating for me , they made a lot of typo mistakes. Also, besides the price you pay for the new website ,they will charge you for additional services and not sending you the invoices for that. Make sure you give a written consent or signature to be deducted from your account, otherwise you will see unauthorized deductions from your account. The project is not even live and they refuse to refund all the money you paid and the money they charged you with no consent. Their website looks very creative and informative to attract customers but be careful who you choose for website services.
