I’ve used Queen Thorne Landscapes on 5 different occasions and the service has been incredible every time.

They’ve planted hedges, laid turf, removed old poor quality grass and replaced it with stone, built a retaining wall, laid a patio, built and installed a safety gate and fence, and trimmed hedges for me. The work has been incredibly high quality every time, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The whole team are very friendly and easy to work with. The initial enquiry, the site visit, the deposit process, the work and the final payment all feel very smooth.

Queen Thorne did two major landscaping projects for me in 2023: one right at the start of the year, which I was then so happy with I booked them to do a second project right at the end of the year. I am please with the quality of the work and materials, as well as on the service level and all the team. I would recommend them for quality.

Very happy with the work carried out - I’m delighted with my garden! The team worked so hard, no matter the weather, and were always cheerful and friendly!

We have recently had a section of our garden extensively landscaped by Queen Thorne which took around six months. The quality of the workmanship by Ben and Ollie (the main landscapers) was second to none. They and the others who came to help Ben and Ollie from time to time, worked incredibly hard often in difficult weather conditions. We cannot praise everyone who worked on site highly enough. If the results of the work were so good, why have I scored QT only two stars? There are numerous reasons but mainly (a) poor or non-existent communication between the office-based staff and both us the customer and their landscapers; (b) as customers paying QT a significant amount of money for the landscaping work, there was a lack of interest in the project from senior management and (c) products were recommended for use which turned out not to be fit for purpose which QT wanted to charge us for and then charge us again to remove. To conclude, things were consistently over promised and under delivered by the office-based staff; not a great business model. Could I recommend Queen Thorne? Sadly, the answer is no.

Really pleased with my new patio. Was informed from the beginning what was going on, and happy to change if needed. Did the work and cleaned up. Felt sorry for the workers in this winter weather, but they were excellent 👍

We've just had our garden finished and we're both so happy with it. The 3 landscapers who completed it were so professional and helpful and we're so glad we chose Queen Thorne Landscapers. Our garden is perfect and we would definitely recommend them!

Queen Thorne Landscapes have been a pleasure to deal with from my initial phone call to the completed project.
They have always been punctual, professional and trustworthy.
Their staff were always courteous and hardworking. Minor unforeseen problems were overcome with collaboration and minimal fuss.
The final result was superb.
I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone needing garden or landscape work.

Excellent service and craftsmanship throughout. We have found all the staff to be hard working and reliable. They responded well to some big changes in plan - including discovering a well in the garden. The prices felt reasonable and they consistently checked we were happy with progress and quality. No hesitation in recommending.
