I have reserved hotels through this agency for many years, and did not have any issue and always booked against competitive prices in comparison to other agencies. However, I recently had a serious issue with them since the reservation was not shared with the hotel while quehoteles issued a confirmation voucher. Quehoteles did not answer the emergency number and by luck the hotel had a room available. This was very uncomfortable, I spent many hours at the reception, but simply because of the fact the emergency number is not 24/7 and the risk of not having a place to sleep, I would not book here again.

Beware when booking any accommodation from this website. You do not get what is advertised! The photos of the rooms that they use are of the highest quality room and do not match up to the room you actually book. We booked a room with a washing machine, satellite TV, safe, DVD player, radio, double bed, sofa and bath. We got non of that, instead we got a dirty old room with 2 single beds pushed together, no fridge, no satellite TV, safe was broken, no sofa, no DVD player, no radio and no bath. I would not be writing this, however, my sister has just had the same experience using QueHoteles to book her accommodation. They use false advertising to sell accommodation, be warned!
