Good quick service

The only negative was some emails had a very fast response, however some important ones didn't and when I placed the order I didn't get confirmation of a custom request I made until I called the company to check. Bike arrived in good time, like great, rides great. I would definitely recommend them.

From actually finding a viewing these superb Bikes in Mallorca to receiving my very own on my Doorstep two weeks after returning from Holiday I am totally impressed with the quality and VFM (Value for Money) that this Company and this Bike provides. I will certainly be recommending these to all my Coached Athlete's to help with their Winter Bike Training.

I have a Quella bike which I use everyday for work and near enough everyday for enjoyment as my friends also ride Quella bikes too. I didn't actually buy my bike directly from Quella as my girlfriend works in a men's made to measure suit/casual shop in Bury St Edmunds. The bike I bought was on display in the window of the shop and I popped into the shop to see my girlfriend and saw the bike. I instantly fell in love with it and my girlfriend then told me that the bike was for sale, this I then just HAD to buy.. My friends then saw my bike which sparked interest, they now own there own Quella bikes. We all love them and they turn a lot of heads so they are definitely liked by other people too. I did however by some Quella t-shirts not to long ago for myself and mate and service was brilliant. I can't fault Quella.

I was really pleased with the customer service I received on the phone, and the bike (Quella Nero) was delivered on the day it was promised. There were however some issues with the bike. The frame was scratched in several places which I was not expecting for a brand new bike, and I'm not sure a full PDI check was undertaken before it was despatched to me. The rear wheel was not running true and the chain tension was too tight. I therefore took it to my local bike shop so they could complete the set-up. It's the bike I wanted, and looks lovely, but just a bit disappointed with the scratches and set-up.

Needed some inner tubes for my fixie which was also bought from Quella (Signature One Matte Black) and they dispatched and delivered within a 2 days

Excellent service from Quella Bikes - minor modifications at no extra cost. Prompt delivery and well packaged - including all the necessary tools.
It's a great bike at a good price. It's also very nice to be supporting British manufacturing.

I am from spain and I wanted a fixie after look and look I found a page of fixies (quella). I started to look all the lovely models and I found the perfect one. I had some questions and I asked in the chat and they anserwed all my questions. To sum up all was perfect 👏👏👏👍👍👍👍

I've always been a strong supporter of British brands and therefore when I was in the market for a single speed, and after doing my initial research, it seemed that Quella ticked all the boxes in regards to a high quality affordable product with a bespoke feel.

I knew exactly how I wanted my bike to look and feel and Mark, Dave & Will managed to deliver this and some and as a result I am now happily putting in the miles on my own personal bit of retro British coolness!!

I stumbled upon Quella via the Internet, watched a few videos, read a few reviews and just went balls deep and bought one - the Quella Nero 2016 in Midnight Blue! No regrets at all. The quality of the build is faultless. Great value, good looking, no nonsense bicycle. The speed they delivered it to me was bonkers! 100% recommended. Basically, just buy one!

I ordered the Varsity Collection Cambridge which was despatched on the Thursday and delivered the following Monday despite Quella stating on their website that it would be next day delivery. Not a huge problem, but I'd prefer it if a realistic delivery date was given on the website rather than making promises that can't be kept. I had to rearrange work to ensure I was in to receive the delivery.

The bike itself was not as shown on the website. The website shows the bike to have light cream coloured wheels; mine came with bright yellow wheels. I phoned Quella to query this and was asked to email a photo of the wheels. I did this straight away and three weeks later I still haven't heard anything back. I don't know whether I've been sent the wrong wheels or whether the photos on the website are intentionally deceptive. In the end I decided I didn't mind the wheels being a different colour to those I ordered and got sick of waiting for anyone from Quella to get back to me. The tyres shown on the website images are also not the ones sent with the bike; mine were black with brown trim rather than the brown ones shown.

The bike was fairly easy to build despite having limited experience and I've been happy with how the bike feels to ride.

I chose Quella over other companies partly because of the good reviews they got about customer service. Unfortunately my experience has been far from this and although the bike is good quality I don't think I'll be recommending Quella to my friends.

UPDATE IN REPLY TO COMPANY RESPONSE - the order was placed on 5th July at 9:25am, despatched on 14th July due to stock issues (which I was aware of) and should have been delivered on 15th instead of 18th. Email resent regarding the wheels and I await a response.

Very happy with my whole experience & with the bike I received.

Bought a set of orange 50mm deep rims and surprisingly they arrived with tyres and tubes as well as wheels so happy with that and use for my Brev M one gear wonder!!!
Great wheels for a run about bike and maybe attract a bit too much attention!!!
Cable lock strongly recommended!!!

I've had my bike for two weeks now and I'm really enjoying it.

It arrived the day after placing the order.

Only issue was a scratch to the central pivot of the handle bars.

The tires will probably need replacing soon cause they are very thin and on the London roads I'm sure they will get a puncture in no time.

Other than that, I'm loving it.

It's been great so far for my daily commute and I will definitely recommend it.

The bike is beautiful, it rides nicely and I got a really good customer experience. There was only one bike left in the model I ordered and I was offered a 10% discount because it had a scratch on it.

Really nice to buy a quality product from an independent company too.
