I bought an electric mobility scoter, value 1600€, one part that controls the automatic folding system was broken in one of the travels. I have been two years waiting for the piece. They don’t answer the emails neither the phone. It’s a fraud.
Compre un scoter electrico de mobilidad reducida. Valor 1600€. Una pieza delantera que controla el mecanismo de pliegue automatico se rompio en un viaje. Llevo dos años reclamando el arreglo. No contestan a los correos ni al telefono. Es un fraude
