Your redemption request was submitted successfully but was later canceled due to a technical issue on our payment provider’s side. This was not related to your account or eligibility. As soon as the issue was confirmed, a full refund was issued automatically to your original payment method.

The entire review, investigation, and refund process was completed within a short timeframe (under 24 hours). The refund did not depend on a chargeback being filed.
