Disappointing in the extreme
Disappointing in the extreme. Firstly not compatible with my Samsung A53. So the eSim was transferred to my wife's iPhone. Worked for a couple of hours only then nothing. Utter waste of money and time and in future will go back to buying the sim card of the country I travel to when I get there. In Colombia it was hopeless.

As for the connection stopping after a few hours, this is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. In many cases, this can be related to local network coverage or specific device settings, and we would have been more than happy to assist you step by step to restore the connection quickly.

Once I managed to get the sim working it was excellent. I had to get a friend who had the same eSIM to set it up in the end as it took both of us a few goes to get it working.

We purchased two plans on my wife's phone and she was unable to activate either off them. Two time £3.61. We are not longer in Europe so have no use gor these used plans is it possible to be refunded

Fantastic
