Won't issue refund

Paid via a bank transfer on their website. The cable never arrived and have been chasing for a refund for nearly two months, all my emails are ignored.

UPDATE
Refund issued finally after months chasing, advise don't pay by bank transfer.

We have a very small majority of orders placed via Bank Transfer rather than Debit Card or PayPal. After searching orders over the last quarter, we cannot find any orders not processed and delivered with a signature. There is also no email correspondence relating to this issue we can find.

Excellent service, ordered a swa branch from them, called them just to check they had stock of them which they did and item arrived the next day.

Must admit never heard of this company

Must admit never heard of this company. I needed various lengths of swa. Ordered click and collect from screwfix to be told I'd get a text within 3 days when stock ready. Not good enough as I needed asap. Panicked googled next day electrical equipment. Quickbit popped up. Website really easy to use. I needed gland packs to match wire sizes. They had everything I needed. It was at least 25% cheaper than screwfix. Came next day as promised with dpd. I panicked after ordering and then looking at reviews on here afterwards. No such problems. Fast and spot on.

AVOID

AVOID. By some distance the worst seller I’ve ever dealt with on eBay. Sent me the wrong item, then repeatedly lied telling me a replacement was being sent before then trying to blame it on eBay when nothing arrived. Con artists.

AVOID! Extremely poor service have been chasing an order for 16 days through ebay to finally receive what i ordered to be the completely wrong thing had to open case to try and get the right replacement sorted to which then they turned round to ebay saying I don't know what I'm trying to achieve?! Im a genuine buyer who's been wrongly sold goods and they're not even looking to even replace, disgusting service and very rude and now left with something I can't even use! I'd give them 0 stars if I could I don't care how your company replies your clearly in the wrong!

Must be one of the worst company's to do business with.
Nobody picking up the phone on the 'many' occasions I tried, email communications only if they reply, no tracking number given until I asked for it, only to find it had been delivered to another address. It turns out the company does NOT look at the address you give them on your order, or the PayPal address it was paid with, but sends it to any address with the same postcode given!!
It took me 2 days of my own time to track down the item with the help of Royal Mail.
Totally unprofessional and non-customer focus. Never again

As stated on our website, the phone lines are currently closed due to the seriousness of the current COVID-19 pandemic. The website directs you to our email address which we are monitoring.

I'm guessing you haven't read the large red banner that provides a link to information about delays from all courier services we use? Or read the delivery information page that is provided on order? Royal Mail are seriously struggling, as are many other key workers during this time.

We all are required to be patient with what is happening around the world and we understand that it's frustrating, but please do not instantly resort to trying to slander our company when we have helped you to the best of our ability.

Stay away! You were warned.

Sent for some cable. Was told it would arrive on the 12th December. Still waiting. Called them several times. Got through to them. They said they would get back to me several times. I think it's quite obvious they are giving me the run around. Don't deal with them. I'm a £105 down. Not to mention I lost the work. The phone calls and emails.

Will never shop here again

bought down lights from this company but my customer changed their mind. I emailed the company for a return number but got no reply. I sent them back anyway with all information. after a while I had not heard from them so I emailed again. No reply again. I gave it awhile and telephoned them and was told yes they had received them but one was damaged, I explained one was not damaged but had been opened to show the customer,I was told my refund would be dealt with that day.I am still waiting and its now over 3 months. I have now emailed them stating I am going to do this review and go to the small claims court.
