System failed, massive overcharge, account blocked because of this review.

This site cost me £30 on £146.98. The price being charged by QuickBitcoin was £4322.99 and the futures price was £3916.78.
I understand that its not possible to buy at that price, however i dont think that losing so much on such a small transaction is normal.
They have taken no personal responsibility for this failure to keep up with the market, it took them 2 hours to action the transfer of funds, wire transfers are near instant especially at midnight.

Reply: Its a shame you speak to customers in that tone, no matter what you think of us, thats not how to run a business.
I did not say you made a profit of £30 but that i was charged £30, your margins are your own.
They have closed my account for posting a negative review.

So this customer placed an order at midnight and his funds didn't arrive until 2 hours later. We cannot deliver until funds have arrived so that accounts for his processing delay. On this individual trade the customer alleges we made a £30 profit on his trade of £146. In reality given the market volatility we actually lost £10.

Highly recommended

I bought bitcoins in December and that was my first time experience with it and I was not disappointed at all, I was a bit worried how that is going to be and if I will get those bitcoins but the process itself was very quick and got my bitcoins in a few seconds. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to buy.
