Always excellent, and extremely helpful with advice on growing. It's a pleasure to deal with them. I highly recommend this company.

Envirogrind enriched compost
Quickcrop has a great selection of products. I bought 10 bags of envirogrind and I can say it is one of the best composts on sale at present.
We should support good Irish products.
Good on ya.
Contacted them about late dispatch of seed potatoes. Within hours they emailed me explaining that my order was "pre order". I didn't realise. Anyway a week later I got notification informing me that my order had been dispatched... Delivery in 3-5 days. It arrived next morning. Their website says 1-3 days delivery. THIS TELLS ME THEY'RE GENUINE TO SERVE.
Customer service and communication…
Customer service and communication could really be improved. I’ll be spending my money for the upcoming season elsewhere.
Don't pass them by.
I have used Quick Crop a few times since discovering them. I am more than happy with their products and service. Genuine guys. Don't pass them by.
Honest and superb advice. Quick service.
Fantastic service, honest and helpful suggestions. Delighted with help after a storm wrecked my 24 year old poly tunnel.

Great selection of products with quick and efficient delivery - well packaged and considerate shipping methods!
Ordered two grow bags
Ordered two grow bags from quick crop. Shipping was fast but when they arrived they were a completely different shape to what I wanted. Contacted them and they said the ones I wanted were out of stock (even though website says 34 in stock). I don’t see why they couldn’t have contacted me first saying the items were out of stock rather than sending something different. They are supposedly sending fast way to collect them and are refunding me. Wouldn’t order from here again. Edited to add 26th May - we are STILL waiting for someone to collect the order so we can get a refund. Every time we contact them we’re told “no later than tomorrow”. Honestly it’s a pisstake at this stage.
Topsoil delivery
On the recommendation of my daughter who deals regularly with Quickcrop and is very happy with their service, I ordered a ton of topsoil on 24th March and asked for it to be delivered on 31st March; I was assured on the phone that it would be no problem.
On 25th March I received an email to say the order had been despatched.
I phoned again and was re-assured it was only leaving the yard and they could hold it until the Monday, no problem.
On 27th March I received a call from the haulage company to say the soil was being delivered. I said I was told it would be delivered on Monday 31st.
The Monday arrived but no soil. I contacted Quickcrop four times during the day for an estimated time of delivery, and each time they said they were waiting to hear back from the haulage company.
I finally cancelled the order because it was too late in the day to be able to clear it from the footpath where it would be delivered, and I was assured the funds would be refunded to me.
At 12.20pm today, 1st April, the one ton of soil was deposited on the footpath beside our house.
I phoned Quickcrop to ask them to remove it and they said they would contact the haulage company immediately.
It is now midnight and the bag of soil is still obstructing the footpath.
I would not recommend this company for this service.

Propagator ordered over a month ago and hasn't arrived
My Dad ordered a propagator over a month ago (2nd Feb with it now being 4th March) and is disappointed that it still hasn't arrived. Multiple friendly responses from customer service but so far ineffectual. Plants not packaged with any recycled cardboard packing or protection.

Unpublished review on quickcrop…
I submitted a review on the quickcrop website but it hasn't been published so I came here to publish my review of Quickcrop and the large Vitapod propagator with lights I purchased a month ago and that I'm still waiting for the grow lights that come advertised as one product on their website because guess what?! they are still out of stock a month later!
I paste my unpublished negative review below:
I ordered the large Vitapod with lights on 30/01/25 availing of a 10% discount by QC saying there won't be any other discounts for a few more months (untrue; there is another one today for propagators so maybe that's why my review is unpublished). The special offer was extended to the St. Brigids bank holiday, even though they were under storm Eowin and couldn't fulfill their orders, that's what customer service said when I contacted them still waiting for my order 2 weeks later. I received my Vitapod WITHOUT LIGHTS on the 17th of February when this product is advertised with lights. The thermostat and lids came broken (substitutions received 26/02). Today, 28/02, I still have NO LIGHTS. 90% of my seedlings have now died lying down on the trays because they are way too leggy. There are heat pockets in the vitapod too, so some cells get dry, some remain moist. A whole month lost at the beginning of the growing season is unacceptable. 3 trays of 77 cells each, with the leggiest dead seedlings I've ever seen, to the compost bin! What an expensive, wasteful, time-consuming, unproductive, and heart breaking experience.
The plastic screws have to be screwed really tight when mounting the sides that hold the lids on top otherwise the cover is way too flimsy. I had to shave some excess plastic inside the holes otherwise the screws wouldn't go in (so badly manufactured). When the top part sits on the Vitapod it's not flush and level, so there are gaps everywhere all around. Also, the length of the top is shorter so it doesn't fit the total length of bottom part, leaving half an inch of an opening no matter how you try to center it. So obviously warmth and humidity escapes through the gaps! The thermostat is only to check and control the temperature and it can fluctuate at least a degree over and a degree under the setting you chose, so best keep an eye on it. And my vitapod is indoors and not exposed to any wind, draughts or big changes of indoor temperature.
I have been growing vegetables for years, and I thought this investment was going to up my game, and get me the best headstart. Well, that backfired. I haven't a clue when the lights will be sent to me as my last two emails to customer service haven't been replied to. It's Friday and I don't think I will get the lights this week as promised by them, what a let down! I was a loyal client, letting slide their many mistakes in my past orders, but this one is the straw that broke the camel's back! Just unacceptable! Don't rely on this company or prepare for pure disappointment!

Ordered a raised bed and it came out with two days, but a piece was missing. Contacted Quickcrop and within twenty minutes the missing part had been dispatched. Really happy with all I've ordered over the years and very impressed with their customer service.
