It's now more than a year since I paid…
It's now more than a year since I paid hundreds for QD's 'premium' service. You still have to pay the Gov £600 on top of this of course. I have an amicable, non-contested divorce that should be easy. But now I'm waiting, with no communication from QD, and have no idea where or what is happening. They sent me the original forms and tell you where and what to write although it's pretty obvious. They have generally just told me to do all the rest of the things myself and they do not contact the courts at all themselves. I'm used to bureacracy and dealing with admin but this is a maze of different numbered forms and timetables so I have no idea where I am now, nine months after I started. Save your money and employ a proper solicitor.

I used this company and paid £699 on…
I used this company and paid £699 on the 11th February. I was told this would be the total price for a Divorce and Clean Break including a designated Solicitor. I was allocated as my solicitor Endeavour Law.
Before paying the £699 to Quickie Divorce over the telephone I checked that they did not need an address for my Husband as he is currently not in the UK and I do not have an address for him only an email address. They assured me all that was needed was an email address, so on this premis I paid the £699 fee. I also told them there is no Postal address for him as he is in Africa.
All you get for this money is a form filled in which is the information I gave over the telephone, a watts app service which is useless to be able to talk to Endeavour Law, its basically a Robot and you get nowhere. They have not proceeded at all with my divorce at all stating they are waiting for an address for my husband and are now requesting more money for an international tracing fee which I have explained is not possible when he is in africa!
I contacted my credit card company and requested the phone transcripts which they have refused to provide to my credit card company. They refused as they know they have taken my money wrongly! I would NOT of handed over my money had they told me on the telephone that they needed an address and that additional costs may be incurred, they never asked me to check any terms and conditions of what I had agreed to, I have received nothing from this company. They NEVER call you back when you do manage to get through to them. I asked for a refund and they refused as they said they had processed documents when all I received was a short form giving my address details etc and my email , it also stated on there husbands address unknown! which is what I told them on the phone before I paid them! They should NEVER of took my money with all the information I gave them over the telephone as they knew they would not be able to help and saying all calls are recorded but refusing to give my Credit Card company or myself the transcripts says it all , it would prove they had taken my money wrongly! Avoid this company at all costs, the service they are saying they provide is NOT fit for purpose and I am going to report these two companies to the SRA and the Legal Ombudsman as they should not be acting on behalf of anyone!

Please do not use this company!
Upon signing up to this company, they very quickly rang to inform me I was on the wrong package and needed to pay an additional £100. ( which I did ) upon finding out I needed to pay another £600 after the initial £400, I decided to wait and asked for a fefund within the 14 days cooling off period. This was beginning of March 25. This company have refused to contact myself directly, they have sent automated emails saying refund issued. I paid in a payment plan which is still active and now iv had to seek legal advice. This company are very quick to ring and charge you but won't return any calls as regards my missing refund! As a single parent iv explained my situation and I'm not in a position to just loose £400. Really really bad service that has caused me so much upset and unnecessary anxiety to an already very stressful upsetting situation. Do not use!!
