Straightforward - as it should be!
Car was accepted on time and ready for collection in an acceptable time. Sanitised reception. No issues, no cross/up-selling.
Second MOT at this location and will probably return as well as recommend to others.

Great service
Have had my car serviced here (in Reading) and MOT'd twice - always friendly and helpful. When I took my car in to have a separate issue looked at they were honest in saying that it needed to be diagnosed by a manufacture-approved dealer and didn't charge me anything for the time they spent looking at the problem.
Sometime it's hard to find a garage that you're confident are being honest and aren't just trying to make money off you - very pleased to have found these guys.

Fantastic Service
My car needed an MOT and full service. Andy and his team did a brilliant job. My car was collected promptly and returned the same day. Andy rang me to let me know of additional work that needed to be carried out for my car to pass its MOT and only proceeded once I had given my authority to do so. He was very friendly, polite and professional and I am happy to recommend him and his team.

Prompt, efficient, cost effective and friendly service
Neil and the team at Quick Lane, Portishead make a brilliant team and their care of us and our car has been fantastic. The service is prompt, thorough and of the highest standard. Neil also seeks to find the most cost effective solution without compromising quality. On top of our usual service requirements, they have also bailed us out of some tricky situations at extremely short notice and they are our go to garage for any work we need. Would highly recommend.
