Missreprentation of product weight
Missreprentation of product. I purchased 2025 slightly used NON-REFUNDABLE rollator. I am almost 80 years old my priimary reason for selecting this rollator was they advertised and verbably told me it weighed 32# without the battery and 36# with the battery. After removing it from the box I could not lift the chair. I weighed it with my luggage scale at close to 50# I immeiately called and they told me to removre the battery in the bag witch I did not know was there. After removing the battery it now weighed 45#, however they said my scale was not caibrated and they would not except that weight. A friend helped me place it in my van and I took it to UPS and had them weigh the chair, without the battery, there it weighed 43# . i I sent them a copy of the UPS weight. However they still refuse to allow me to return the rollator now stating they can not accept a used chair, because they can not sell lused medicaI equipment. However that exactely what I had purchased from them. I have never used the chair and never even hooked up the batteries, or the joy sstick or accessories. it just sits at my home because I can not lift it. I have called but their company resolution department will only allow text. They refused to help me by allowing me to return the chair. I have sent a registered letter to the president Charity Bliss and ther CEO of the company and it was not signed for and they will not even pick up the the mail at the Ft. Lauderdale post office. I understand I purchased this chair as NONRFUNDABLE however I purchased it with the understanding per their adds and several conversations it weighed 32# chair without the batteries, or 36# with the battery. This company QUICKNMOBIL is very shaddy and I would never recommend them.
