Identity Theft - I called HMRC to chase up my tax rebate to find that this company have set up a claim using my details and taken the money. How HMRC have allowed this to happen is beyond me. Situation is now with Action Fraud and the police are investigating into this company.

Horrifically rude staff, I got shouted out by an incredibly sexist manager. They are very clearly not a legitimate company. They take most of your rebate and a £50 fee on top that isn't mentioned in any of their literature.
Unfortunately I got sucked in by a professional looking Instgram ad.

Do not use this company - they charge a ridiculous "success fee" and end up taking half of your own money.
All the sudden, they have stopped contact, no email (getting a return email that it doesn't exist), can't get in touch via telephone either. Just got off the phone with HMRC, finding out that i do not appear as a sole trader (which I was for the past 2 years) my address was all wrong. They've just disappeared on me, without ANY explanation. A lot of money wasted.

Horrible, no utr and 40 pounds gone. Cant even contact them to stop the payment.
Today I got a letter from hmrc asking why I'd set up self assessment I hadent ,its another quickrebates scam.
Luckily, it's all sorted.
Don't have anything to do with these people.
Bad company.
Misrepresented their service. Set up a repeat payment without my specific permission. Probably all legit but definitely shady. Had to reclaim two payments from my bank and block them.
Awful company, for a fast application on UTR Number they have set a direct debit on my account with 14.50 pounds, instead of a single payment as it is usually, refusing to respond to my contacts. 2 Months now and still nothing about my application for the number, but still they have the direct debit from my account, had to call on my bank for blocking it.
Top service, got £2,568 and they're looking into my previous years. Friendly guys, thanks very much :)
Total shambles and needs to close pronto. Inability to communicate or even understand basic English.
