Issue resolved quickly very happy with the support
I initially had an issue because I deposited money into my account before realizing that the VPS I wanted was out of stock.
After contacting QuickSRV, they handled the situation very professionally. Communication was friendly, clear and helpful, and they took my feedback seriously.
They have now also improved the ordering process so that availability is visible before you deposit money, which was exactly the issue I had raised. I really appreciate that they actually listened to the feedback and made a change instead of simply giving a standard support response.
The way they resolved this completely changed my opinion of the company. Problems can happen, but what matters is how a company deals with them, and in this case they handled it very well.

Please note that AMS Mirco plan is available and you can upgrade it once purchased. We have 3 more nodes available within next 2-3 days to get all the plan available.
