Disappointed
These supplements are not cheap and I was disappointed to find an empty capsule in the bottle. After messaging I got a reply. Was asked to send a photo. No apology. I sent. Then I got another reply with a basic apology and asking me for the order number. Saying they would refund £2! Honestly too much time backwards and forwards to warranty quite an insulting offer and reply. I didn’t reply. I’ve since bought elsewhere.

Hi Victoria, I believe that only one capsule was empty from a jar of 90. You paid £30.55 for 90 capsules which is 33p per capsule so a refund of £2 is more than fair on our part.

The cardboard box in which the medical items had been provided was crushed.
As it happens it didn't matter as I had an existing box which I could use.

When I was ordering the drinks I was skeptical - but they exceeded expectations!
When I was ordering the drinks I was as ever a bit skeptical but how wrong was I - these drinks are delicious and so refreshing. The ordering process was simple and they arrived within two days. Great product and great service!
