The only problem I have is that my name does not reflect correctly on the bottom right of each page - my name is Mariëtte Mulder, but the "ë" shows as a strange symbol.

I didn’t think the process flowed. I think there should be availability for donations and specific bequests. There was no ability to bequeath to my so and daughter and being forced to use an unknown group to be my executor is presumptuous.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience - it appears that you must have missed the entire step 4, as this step is solely dedicated to specific bequests/donations. Quickwill is the way to go...
I had an online meeting with the Quickwill team and did a will myself. It is simple and easy to use without all the complex jargon...exactly what a client needs in todays busy world. The mere fact Wills are complicated to draft is why so many South Africans are without one, QuickWill is definitly a step in the right direction!

Userfriendly app for both adviser and client...
This far, the app provides for a lot of conveniences and that is the reason why I will continue using it, but more importantly use it for my clients.
The guided workflow is incredible and offers an opportunity for the administrator user to be able to monitor where the client is at any given moment, which makes it really user friendly.
There is one functionality however I wish was made available, being the ability to delete users and also the ability to send reminders to users to complete their process of drafting the will.
Otherwise, couldn't have come at a better time as a solution.

This being my first will, I found the information you supplied for each step very informative, if you follow the six steps you can not go wrong , it is important that the person drawing up the will must read each step carefully and not rush through it.
