We Simplified Collecting Feedback with Quidget

We're using Quidget to collect feedback form candidates about the hiring process. It's convenient to have all the feedback in one place, handled automatically without needing much human effort. Setting up the bot took us about 15 minutes. We're looking forward to more integration options, especially with popular CRMs out there.

Quick and Easy Info Access with Quidget Chatbot

We use the Quidget chatbot as a knowledge hub for our employees. Setting it up was quick and easy, taking only about 10–15 minutes, even with our large knowledge base. Now, when employees need information on company structure or specific policies and guidelines, the Quidget bot provides it in seconds.

Efficient Website Communication with Quidget

We use Quidget to handle communication with visitors on our website. Quidget acts as our chat channel, and all the chats are managed by our AI through Quidget. It's an excellent tool for managing interactions competently and effectively. While I'd like more in-depth analytics in Quidget, it works great for our needs overall.
