As I have written time and time again, the services here and great and the customer service is amazing. If you are reading these reviews to see and decide if this is the Hosting company you want to be with. Take my advice and reach out to them. They have a great team and are very responsive and helpful with any of my needs. Pricing is well worth it for the services they provide asside from the hosting (the customer service)

The Staff and support are super helpful. They're very active with affordable services. I host my Minecraft server through them and I have nothing negative to say. They actively responsive to questions as well as tickets to issues with your service. Overall amazing experience. I recommend this company to friends who look for private or public servers.

Great service, great prices, and kind staff. If there's an issue you'll be helped as much as possible, and everything works good. Opening, Cancelling and payments all went smoothly without any issues. Would 100% recommend this to anyone needing a host!

I have used MANY hosts over the years but I must say, by far quidnode has been the most helpful, easy, and probably cheapest host i have ever used.

This company is probably one of the best around in the case of: prices, community and customer service! I would 100% recommend this service with others! The prices are the most reasonable around and response times are super fast! They managed to help me open a port for my dynmap quickly and fast even though they had never used or even heard of the plugin before, they even gave me some instructions and tips on how to deal with the plugin. They truly go above and beyond when it comes to looking after their customers that they will investigate plugins in and out just to benefit the customer! Also they have free website hosting which I haven't used yet but plan to see how well it goes!

It's a new hosting company, so I thought I was taking a chance at first, but it's surprisingly flawless - and the pricing is far better than 99% of other hosting companies.
